Causes hair to fall out; too harsh on scalp
At first, this shampoo/.conditioner seems to be effective and worth the price. It smells good and your hair feels soft. However, after repeated use, I found that this shampoo & conditioner were too harsh on my healthy hair and caused my hair to fall out more than usual. It also caused my hair to go limp, even after blow drying, and sucked the volume out of it. I looked at the ingredients and found that it contains a lot of sulfates, which can damage hair, so that would explain how frail my hair has become as a result of using it. Even if I did not leave it in my hair for more than 10 seconds before washing it out, it still ended up being too harsh on my scalp. I ended up throwing this away after 2 weeks of use, and when I switched to another type of hair product (Aveeno Pure Renewal, Sulfate-Free), I immediately noticed that my hair went back to being healthy and thick. I would NOT recommend this shampoo or conditioner to anyone.
