I bought this because I was having excessive phlegm / mucus after recovering from walking pneumonia. I used it daily for two months and did not notice any improvement. It could have been the wrong time to try it and it might work for you. I would recommend trying it yourself as your results might be different.

Was hoping this would help me decrease the use of my inhaler. Had no effect.

Been cigarette free and switched to vaping 7 years ago. I've had asthma for 5 years now. Been using this product for almost a month. So far the I haven't noticed much of a difference.
