Curves : Permanent Results Without Permanent Dieting Paperback – Bargain Price, December 7, 2004

Book came on time and was in great condition. This is just what I was looking for as I was on the diet before. I had paid $200 at curves with the assumption i would always have access false. This book has everything I lost threw the website. It's a great way to lose weight and change eating habits.

Due to this economy, I could not afford to go to Curves any longer. I was not about to give up exercise so I purchased this book and started to use the home exercises in this book and it feels as if I am at Curves! I have lost weight with this book following the plan for food and following the home exercises. I would strongly suggest this book for home use!

I got this book from Goodwill a few years ago and had been struggling for years at 300+ lbs. I didn't follow it to a T, but gained lots of knowledge and after I reset my metabolism I lost 20lbs in the first month without much exercise (I walked 1 mile everyday). The reciepes are yummy and I still use some of them today.

As being Afro American some of the food in the book I was not use too. Some of the recipes help but a lot of them didn't.
