Great note taking device
This product is almost exactly what I wanted. I was looking for an e-ink note taking device for work. I already have a Kindle Paperwhite, so I wasn't looking for the reading aspect of this device, but it is nice to have. The writing feels great, the response time is great and the size fits in my purse to take to meetings etc. My only complaint is that the cloud syncing isn't automated... You have to download a sharing/syncing app, convert and sync each individual notebook. Maybe there's is a better method but I haven't found it yet. But it has definitely eliminated numerous notebooks and paper getting lost and sitting in my office.

Nothing special, and overpriced
I was looking forward to the release of this product. Once I was able to get my hands on it, I ordered it. I really do wish I had good things to say about this product, but to be honest, it's nothing special. The reviewer who said it reminds them of an old 90's palm pilot isn't exactly incorrect; It really is a bit like that. The interface is slow, and the whole operating system reminds me of Windows 98. I wish I was joking. When you write, though it feels very nice, like a real pen, there is a slight lag. I do not have this lag with the Apple pencil on my iPad, so obviously this isn't made as well. The MobiScribe is, overall, slow, awkward and stupid in my opinion. Even the case that came with the bundle was odd at best, given that the Mobi sticks to a sticky square on the back of the case, meaning that most likely, the case cannot be changed or updated. All in all, if you want a good writing tablet, I'd say get a Samsung or an iPad. Unlike the MobiScribe, they are priced more correctly for what they do. I am sort of debating whether I want to bother with returning this or not.

not worth $322 AuD but works ok and with better software could be amazing
This is a great concept, and I bought it over a Remarkable tablet as I wanted a smaller size. The box comes with a cable, spare nibs, a pair of tweezers a cover that the tablet adheres to and has a pen loop, and the pen.The tablet is very cheap in feeling , a lot of plastic, however the e-ink display is very good, writing on it feels like writing on thick paper which is ok. the interface is easy to use and intuitive in design,Handwriting looks as it does on paper which is great and the tablet is to some extent pressure sensitive which makes it good for drawing. The back lit display is good as it can be use easily in both light and dark areas. The pen marks in style and size can be changed as can the notebook templates. I ead that it can also be used to read Kindle ebooks but I have not worked out how to install an app to do that yet. There is however some lag, it is slight but enough to be annoying, when writing, and also when the age refreshes it is a second or so that it sort of blinks, and the very cheap feel of the light weight plastic case makes me concerned that the chassis will easily crack. The cover it comes with seems cheaply made, not very good quality, and it is designed to adhere the device on to it, it may have been a nicer cover if it had a way of keeping it in the cover without adhering it.I would find it more useful if it natively send the documents to the cloud or to an app, which it does not appear to do easily,I do like the tablet, I like the way it is easy to use and the display is good, and over all it is good for ntoe taking, which is why I bought it. Some tweaks in its software would make it much better, and in future iteraitons if the chassis was made of some higher quaslity material it would be worth the money I spent on it

Great digital note/drawing tool!
The Mobiscribe is a pleasant surprise for note taking and drawing. Here are my pros and cons:PROS: Affordable and easy to set up. The notes/drawing app installed allows you to choose different widths of a pencil, pen, or brush. Additionally, you can select different tones of gray/black for coloring and drawing. I also like the fact you can save notes and drawings to an external micro SD card. The pen is very responsive. When erasing, it’s best to “touch” the screen vs. sliding the pen across the screen. I have not used the e-reader function yet, so I can’t comment on that.CONS: I experienced a bit of “ghosting” of my drawings when returning to the home page. This was resolved by putting the device into sleep mode, then coming back to the home page. I have also noticed this has decreased with the latest software update. I am not a fan of the case that comes with the device. It requires you to use a sticky area on the back cover to attach the device inside the cover. This seems to “lock” the device in one orientation (vertical) and sometimes I prefer to draw in with the device turned horizontally.
