First time putting in a bathroom
My husband I put in a bathroom in our basement with no prior experience (I do not recommend this, LOL) We got an estimate for the bathroom (25K -45K). We decided, YouTube as a contractor. After looking at the product, it seemed the best buy for the money. So far, and 6 weeks later, it works! It has a little noise when flushing, but doesn't wake me up and I sleep in the bedroom outside the wall. We ran the pipes down, to fit the the pump and it was pretty straight forward to hook up, the instructions aren't the greatest, YouTube to the rescue. Also, the toilet is not as secure as I would like, the two bolts can only do so much, but I would buy this product again, it does the job I wanted it to do. We may put up a YouTube channel, "What not to do in home construction", just kidding. If you are looking for a product that works and a have a little know how, this is for you. I will update later if I find a problem with the product, but so far, so good.UPDATE: I spoke/wrote to soon....first time using it to shower and blew a fuse, reset and plugged back in and it sparked. Know it doesn’t work. This outlet has it’s on dedicated wire and fuse, we changed it from a gfi to a regular outlet which a plumber suggested. Nothing. It still doesn’t work. No way to get in touch with the company. Had to purchase another system and rerun all the piping. DO NOT BUY!

Poor Quality & arrived Dirty Do Not Buy This
Ok so box was perfect, when i opened it the bowl was dirty on the inside and under neath, looks like it was sitting in the woods for a year. The tank bolt holes are way off from the bowl hole locations so had to put bolts in on angle hope for no leaks. The floor bolt holes are on an angle making it difficult to secure bolting it down. After full installation there was a leak from the bottom of the pump box but after several flushes it stopped, also i then noticed a crack up under the front of the bowl and a small leak coming from under neath the bottom some where. I calked it to the concrete floor and will use it for now as tenant had to move in. I like the ideal of not having to dig in a tank so i will search for a better quality unit. You get what you pay for.

DON'T BUY THIS JUNK
I will tell you the problem with this brand of toilet. The bolts don't match up!!!! This is the second one I received and it is defective once again...... It really upsets someone when they pay a contractor twice and now for the third time I am beyond mad.... Biggest piece of junk! Only worked one week. Leaking In my newly remodeled basement. Runs constantly motor sounds like it is burning up already. Waste of $800. Now stuck with it

UPDATED REVIEW. DONT BUY. ITS CRAPPED OUT AND NO ONE TO CONTACT!Works as advertised. Very please with the ease of installation and the quality of the product. The pump mechanism isn’t even that loud!

Motor stop working after 9 months

Motor stopped working after 9 months. No service! No recourse! Blew 900 dollars! Ouch!

Do not buy
No way to contact this company, sent me a toilet tank with no hole for the lever, had to buy and fit one from home depot. No way to hook up external vent. Do not install pump in bathroom use additional pipe to extend through wall. There is no instructions on maintenance. There is NO warranty, if it breaks you will have to buy a replacement.
