Protection for your air purifier!
I actually received my three year protection plan before I received the air purifier. I was happy to see that the company is on the ball with providing the protection plan.

Disappointment in Humidifier
When we took the base out of the shipping container part of the top plastic was ripped. Assembling was a bit of a nightmare as the floater rod had to stay in the indention square on the bottom of the base and putting the top on made us working blind to assure that it stayed in place. There is a flimsy plastic clip to hold the floater rod. There is nothing to hold the top of the humidifier to the base. It just sits there and could easily be knocked off. The whole appliance seems shoddily built with flimsy plastic. It was very hard to align the floater with the silver switch which looked like a little diving board. We still have the shipping box to send it back, but we don't know what to do. We need a humidifier that covers more that 1,000 square feet and fits in the only location that we have for one. I am sorry to be so negative, but it has been a big disappointment.

Dehumidifier
This machine is working very well. So far it has pulled about 7 gallons of water out of my previously flooded office. Only thing I would like is if the container holding the water was a little bigger and also a longer cord.Otherwise glad I bought it.

💯 Worth it
I bought an electric blanket back in March. It came with a 5y warranty but I wanted to added benefit so I purchased the plan. It's a good thing I did because not even 2 months after the blanket came it quit working. Since I was still within my 90 days Amazon replaced it. I only had the replacement blanket for about a month longer than first blanket before it too went out. I've been trying to reach the company but they're not answering emails, phone calls or faxes. I finally gave up and had to file a claim with Asurion. They helped me in less than 10 minutes. I went to ups store, dropped off my blanket and within 2 hours I received a text saying my Amazon gift card was emailed to me. I was pleased to find the whole process painless and rather fast. Thank you so much Asurion!

Received Reimbursement
Product used for a Dehumidifier. Went through the online process and claim was denied. Said product was under manufacturer warranty when it was not. Used the On Line Chat to get the claim resolved and get the reimbursement with an Amazon e-gift card.
