I like the protection plan, if you have a problem with the product they make it very easy to get a refund!

We simply explained what happened by answering the easy to use system. We got a response to our claim almost immediately! Even got the same protection for our laptop!

So easy to file claims and if claim is approved, funds are given super fast!

Had a little issue with the website but chat support was able to help me out quickly and the reimbursement for the product was so quick and easy. This was a great experience and I'd recommend this warranty to anyone.

Vacuum picks up great but the metal tubing is a little too flexible on rugs when extended to full length.

I had a 3 year protection plan for a vacuum and it quit working after 2 years and Asurion refunded the cost of the vacuum.

I really liked this vacuum a lot and it was light for me to handle. The light in the front was very good. The problem I found after almost two years was that the run time was short. I have a small house and it couldn’t finish vacuuming my rooms. Also it wasn’t picking up dirt like it did at the beginning. I think if it had more power it could be a great vacuum.The customer service I received after I put in a claim was excellent. It was resolved quickly and I highly recommend this company.
