I can not put into words how amazing these are. To me they are not bitter at all and we tried them just on their own. Just try not to eat the whole bag. Tomorrow I am going to make keto pancakes with them and keto cookies.

These were surprisingly good. Not bitter at all. The sweetness is natural and balanced. I have baked with them and enjoyed. They are cacao nibs, not chocolate chips. They won’t get melted. But they do deliver a crunchy chocolatey flavor without the sugar.

Quality Moringa!I have tried several Moringa powders over the years and i have only given this product 5 stars. This is quality Moringa and i can feel a boost of energy when i add it to my morning smoothie.Super amazing taste and quality. Absolutely addicting aroma with freshness in each nib. I add it to my smoothies and love the crunchy, crispy bites in each sip. This is the best tasting Cacao I've had. I will only get this brand now. OMG these are so yummy! I ate half the pack the day they arrived. I highly recommend you try these delicious nibs. I had never heard of yucon before but the cacao shines through with only slight sweetness. Fantastic!

I have some gut issues (Sibo) and have to keep an eye on my sugar. This taste was exceptional to me.Lower sugar - bit flavor. Slight bitterness - but I enjoyed it.
