This thing is a beast.
Watch the videos on YouTube to learn how to install, it helps. Directions it comes with are a bit vague. It works well and is worth the effort to install. I installed it on my UTV. Great value .

It fit my Gator
I installed this on a John Deere gator 835M. I used some of John Deere‘s wiring from battery to the location I chose for the solenoid under the hood..I used wiring from the kit to connect a solenoid to the winch. No modifications were required for the mailing plate. The bolt holes already provided on the gator worked fine. The wireless remote works great.

No installation instructions. Fits 2018 General perfectly.
Like the rope, haven’t tried the remote yet. Being used for snowplow. The solenoid is bigger than the previous one I had, so mounted it under the hood.

The mounting plate did not fit my application
Great winch. But the universal mounting plate did not work without a lot of modification.
