Couldn't stop reading
Not my usual genre, but I downloaded it on a whim when I saw a couple of friends share enthusiastically about it being free—and I knew the author was a Realmie so of course it was going to be good. Was scrolling through my Kindle app a couple weeks later, looking for something quick to read to cheer myself up. I randomly opened this one just to see how it started and the next thing I knew I’d read through the whole thing. XD I reeeally don’t read straight-up modern romantic comedy books so I’m way not the right audience for it, and I rarely read totally random things, but despite that and a few things I wasn’t really a fan of, I enjoyed myself and laughed aloud a couple times. It’s cheesy and dorky and geeky and funny, a fluffy rom-com at first-glance, but had some depth and heart and deeper subjects later, which really touched my heart, all mixed together with the fun. I couldn’t stop reading and I was impressed it sucked me in so well despite it not being my usual reading fare. Plus Grayson and Chloe were cute. And fandom references. (It was especially fun since I kept reading Chloe in Abbey’s voice from NCIS. XD) Will have to check out more by this author. :)

Loved it!
Holy dangling uvulas, this book was a great read! After the constant feed of disaster on the news all day, My Fault was a fun-filled, refreshing delight. RJ has such a riotous sense of humor that I had to keep asking "Where in the world does she come up with this stuff?" Her two main characters are so well displayed, and the tension between them is perfect. Absolutely loved the ending. I can see myself reading this again and again for the sheer fun of it. Would recommend it to all.

Couldn't put it down!!
I didn't plan to read this book today. I thought I was going to paint. However, I decided to read something while I ate breakfast. Two and a half hours later, I love Cleo Stanton and wish there were more to read, and my husband's laundry and last night's dishes are still waiting for my attention!! Did I mention that I love Cleo Stanton? She's quirky, nerdy, fun, and can't quite master the skill of controlling her mouth! Such a fun and funny book! And, it's clean enough that I feel comfortable letting my ten year old read it.

Captivating. Hilarious. Very interesting, sweet story.
Another beautifully written book by RJ! Cleo is quirky and funny. Sometimes she made me want to cringe but most of the time I was laughing on the inside. Grayson is a dreamboat. I read the whole thing in two days. There is definitely some deep, serious stuff with a bunch of humor. As someone who has experienced different levels of depression, I could relate to Cleo and it was interesting to read how she felt and how she processed everything.

Truth can be liberating!
Sometimes we get in way over our heads, but Our Gracious Lord has always been there for us. We forget that a lot, but He doesn't. The characters in this book were both struggling with their own demons to the point they forgot God's love. The author did a masterful job of reminding all of us that God never fails to ALWAYS love us no matter what. Thanks for writing such an inspiring book.

Loved it!
I sat down, thinking I'd just read a little before I ran my errands... then found myself thinking, "Ah, all that can wait till tomorrow. I'm halfway/three-quarters/almost done!"This is so different from anything else I've read from RJ, and yet it made sense that it was hers: quirky, imaginative, heartfelt, funny, convicting, and thought-provoking. Yep. Ticked all the boxes! :)So glad I sat down with it today!

A sweet read with deeper meaning
Cleo and Grayson have secrets. Cleo confessed hers, and Grayson keeps his. An enjoyable quick read with spiritual depth that tackles tough topics.

Fun, touching, "my heart fires confetti cannons" book
Loved the book. RJ Conte jumps the reader into first class chaos with a character I can only equate to Lucille Ball (look up the reference if you have to), and with a twist in the ending that surprised me. Her writing's unique metaphors and turn-of-phrases keep the reader skipping along in delight.
