I was skeptical but it really worked wonders to prevent pain
I honestly wasn't expecting much from this when I purchased it. I figured it's just a relatively tight piece of fabric - it will do nothing for me. I was wrong. This knee sleeve saved my vacation to Disney. The last time I went on a Disney vacation, I ended it with a lot of pain in my knee. Naturally, I did not get it looked at by a doctor, so I don't know the actual diagnosis, but it was a very sharp, concentrated pain dead center of the knee cap. I limped for days upon my return. Not wanting to repeat that, I took a chance and bought this in advance of the vacation.Day 1 I didn't wear the sleeve and by the end of the day, I had already start to feel the beginnings of the pain. So the next day, I made sure to put it on. Long story short, I experienced no pain whatsoever during the entire 5-day trip. The sleeve itself is made of relatively thin material -- it's not at all bulky. And it doesn't even fell all that tight -- not uncomfortably so, anyway. It's just enough pressure to do its job and prevent pain. I wore it for about 18 hours a day and was comfortable most of the time. I will admit, after a couple of days, I did feel a little tenderness in knee-pit from the slight rubbing of the material, but it was not a problem, especially considering the pain I was being spared.Overall I'm glad I picked this up and had it with me for vacation. I'd have been in for a [Disney] world of hurt if I had not.

This is a great, flexible
This is a great, flexible, comfy brace with just enough support. I first got the medium, because I was between sizes, but it was too big and slid around so I exchanged it for a small. The only reason I;m giving this a 4 rather than a 5 is that it slides around a bit when I run. I found that folding over the top hem a couple cm fixes this problem and it stays in place while still being comfortable. I do have rather gigantic thighs compared to my knee width, so maybe this is why it was slipping down off of my thigh. I wore this on a 15mi run, very comfortable and perfect support!

Do not stay on knees, simply rollover.
I ordered this product twice. 1st time I received a pair of these for the price mentioned but they were small and not holding right. So I returned the 1st pair and placed a 2nd order for larger one. But 2nd time I received just one knee brace. On calling they said the price is for one brace and I need to order 2 braces to have a pair. When I told them 1st time I had received a pair for that price and how can rules change in 3 days time? They agreed to take it back and refund my money. But then I didn't order a 3rd one because I was not sure they will send a pair or just one. However it did not stay in place and rolled over whenever I walked. So I was not comfortable while walking. As I returned the product I couldn't wear it and sit for an hour or so to check if it provided any relief. But I definitely know it's not something to wear and run or jog or walk. It's just for wearing on knees and sitting.

Knee Saver !!!
Just finished playingSenior Softball and wearing my new Kunto Fitness Knee Sleeve for the first time, first let me preference my review with a little about the activities I have beeninvolved with throughout my 61 years , especially the ones started after age 47,Ten years of Martial Arts Training achieving a 2nd Dan Blackbelt in TKD at age54, Five Years of BOCES Soccer Officiating Girls Middle and High School JV andVarsity Soccer ,Eight Years AFXX Personal Training Certification that ended in2012, Daily Inline Skating, and assorted activities like Roller Hockey, AnnualAdult Thanksgiving Football ,5 K Runs and anything my sons could drag me to. IfI had known how good this Kunto Sleeve is I would have gotten it before themeniscus in my Left knee needed arthroscopic, unfortunately the popliteal cystthat developed is still there and I needed some good sleeve support and relief. The Kunto Sleeve is supportive, soothing and not restrictive. I was reallysurprised how well it fits and does not droop when running hard. Kudos to thefolks who developed this sleeve ..I really wish they packaged them two at atime, it is a must to save and avert any issues you have with your knees. Thesizing chart was spot on for me, thanks for a top-notch product"

Suprisingly comfortable, best knee sleeve I've used
First off, let me start by saying that after 3 knee surgeries, tearing my ACL, MCL, PCL & meniscus, working out or running around comes with pain and that voice in the back of your head saying "you're gonna hurt yourself". I've gone through countless knee " braces". From ones the doctors made me wear to others I've seen at the gym. The best way I could describe this product is that it is a happy medium between compression & support. But it isn't stellar in one area or the other. I've been using them mainly on squats and playing basketball and so far no issues. The best part about this brace is that unlike others, I don't have to constantly readjust it. Also, it doesn't get hot and sweaty like other braces. The Rhebands I have used to get unbarably hot and sweaty. I like the way the fabric feels. It's not itchy or uncomfortable. It moves with you. If you're looking for an alternative to restrictive and bulky braces but want a little more support than a compression sleeve, then this is your product.

I waited a few weeks to write this review as I wanted to put it to the test. I wore this sleeve to a 2 day ultimate tournament (running a total of about 25 miles over 2 days of playing). My teammates notes the new stylish sleeve, and also questioned where I got something so magical that I didn't have to adjust it over the course of the day. I had no issues with the sleeve falling down, and it did exactly what I expected: provided some compression around my knee. I wear a sleeve to increase joint position sense when I play, not for support or to decrease pain. This sleeve does not provide support, it is not a brace. However it provides even compression and increases input to the knee joint. I am a physical therapist and I would suggest this sleeve to my patients when appropriate.
