Floppy
My toddler is an avid fan of Paw Patrol but not an avid fan of sleeping in his own bed. Since removing the bars from his cot and converting to a toddler bed I have tried just about every product to convince him to stay in his room at night. Thinking a Paw Patrol bed tent was a stroke of pure genius, I quickly set up the tent which was very easy - just slide the sections under the mattress and behind the headboard. I liked the 2 handy pockets inside the tent to house the nightlight, and maybe some small toys and minature books. But I was sorely disappointed to see the tent quickly take on its own interpretation of the leaning tower of Pisa, almost toppling over to the right side. I tried re-positioning the tent multiple times which slightly improved the lean but when I unveiled the new-look bed to my toddler, he looked confused, unimpressed and was quickly able to pull the tent off the bed. Not good. The nightlight which came with it was also a bit disappointing - much smaller than it looks online. The puppy pic on the light is quite faint and the screw for the battery compartment had slipped meaning I had to break open the back to insert the batteries, which renders it useless when the back is exposed. I reported to Amazon before Christmas who were quick to act, but unfortunately I'm still waiting on a replacement which is "on its way, but running late" for over a month...Perhaps I was unlucky with a floppy tent and dodgy screw but sadly not a good buy. Please tap the 'Helpful' button if you found this review useful - makes writing it worthwhile x
