Solid and extremely sharp!
This is a heavy knife that will last a long time. Comfortable handle. Well balanced. Very sharp! Comes with a nice wooden storage box. I bought an adjustable sharpener since this knife is ground to about 14 degrees, and most "fixed " sharpeners are 20 degrees or more. I also have the 7" Linoroso. I store these in a special place so no one but me uses!

Great knife!
This is the most comfortable kitchen knife I own. I really like it! It arrived sharp out of the package and fits my hand really well. The oddly shaped handle really is ergonomically better, and the blade is excellent! The only drawback I've found is that the knife tends to turn itself over when I set it down so that it sits on the counter with the blade pointing up. That seems a little hazardous to me. Even so, this really is my new favorite knife and I tend to pick it over my other, more expensive knives just because it's so comfortable to use.

A good buy
when I ordered this knife, I didn't have a high hope - I just needed a reasonably good small fruit knife. I am really impressed by the quality of knife. After one year of heavy use (I liked it a lot), the knife did not loose its sharpness at all. Now I am interested in other models of this brand. Highly recommended! Especially for the price!!!

Super sharp
I love the sharpness of this knife and it feels great in my hand but unfortunately it’s design is rather dangerous as when you put it down on the chopping board it lies blade up! This is due to the shape of the handle so you really need to take great care and put it away as soon as you’ve finished using it

Was a good Precent
So Sharp and very smooth on cutting the Vegatable's easy for the hands and very sharp too! Was a very good Xmas Present, But it somewhat unsafe if you are not watching when you put it down because all ways it turns itself up with the edge up, and when you try to get it, you might get cut on your palm of your hand!! But overall, it was good!! Thank you so much.

Use caution, very sharp!
Received today. Packaging well thought out. Very sharp as received. The blade turning up was interesting. But who picks up a knife by the blade? The handle is much easier to pick up when rotated up. Looks to be a quality product. Unable to find country of manufacture on the packaging although they stress it is is made of German steel. My only complaint was the there was a price reduction between the date it was ordered and the time shipped and my cost was the higher the two. 🙁

Nice knife, but be careful
First, what I like about the knife. The size makes it very versatile. I like the feel of it in my hand - well balanced and secure. I haven't had to sharpen it yet so can't comment on how well it holds or accepts an edge. What I don't like about this knife and others like it. The handle is shaped and weighted so when it is set down on the cutting block or counter it has a bad tendency to rotate so the sharp edge rests up ready to slice the heck out of your hand. Seriously, I have to reset the knife several times during every use to avoid the danger.I think the engineers should look seriously at this issue.

It’s sharp alright
I just tried this, this morning on my apple. Yep… it’s really sharp alright! I just barely touched my finger with the blade by accident and it sliced me open. I mean barely! But I got a good gash in my finger. Be careful with this! Highly recommend! Love the knife anyway.

A quality feeling knife that's easy to use and sharpen
I'm a bit fussy about knives, and have had a few.Bought this when I had lost track of one of my other ones. It feels well made and the unusual handle feels good in the hand. It feels very premium. Also the lack of a guard on the blade near the handle, means that it can pass the full length of a knife sharpener, so you'll always have the whole blade wearing evenly. A couple of my knives that have blocks near the handle have ended up showing a curve in the blade where you can't sharpen the metal near the handle. The wooden block thing is a nice bit of wood. I don't use it as I have a wall magnet for my knives, so it would be good to offer a version without it. I can't bring myself to put that nice bit of wood on the fire, but I have no use for it really.Because it comes super sharp, and is easy to keep super sharp, it is now my new favourite for cutting onions and tomatoes. Straight through without deforming the shape. Great!

Cuts like a razor!
I love almost everything about this knife, except one time thing. When its in its resting position it tends to sit blade side up. (I always tuck the tip of the sharp blade under, or into something, that will hold the blade from pointing up, where I could easily get cut if I didn't notice it. It's not that big of a deal to take such a precaution, and the performance of the knife makes it worth the effort. If this inconvenience is with my knife only, then I'd be happy to trade it for the same knife if the new one doesn't flip skyward. Then I'd give it a five star review.

Feels great.
Very sharp. Nice shape. Got it for my wife as a paring knife. Found myself using it a lot for vegetables and pretty much everything else that didn't need a butcher knife or a boning knife. Spend some time in a butcher shop so I know how it should feel. Great wooden case as well. Bonus.

Dangerous knife
Love this knife size balance sharpness, but,it stops there.this knife by design is bloody dangerous a family member accidentally cut herself quite bad .when this knife is between use, placed on counter it alway sits with the cutting-edge upward.its the way the handle is sized and weighted in relation to the overall size.if this injury had been more serious I would have sought legal action.
