Q: is the reel included?

No the reel is not included, but I brought one from Amazon and it was great, and you will have fun catching fish with the rod.

Q: Can you get replacement parts

Sorry can't answer that . Not needed to replace a part. The rod was so cheap I would be tempted to get a new rod. Still have the rod as s backup but tend to use another most of time. You could phone their Customer Services. eBay is another alternative. Personally because of price just get a new one

Ask for 7/8 rod as I bought one about a year ago so I know they are available.
