This cart has been such a huge help for moving my stuff into my apartment and hauling groceries into and trash/recycling out of my apartment. It folds up nice and small so it doesn't take up a lot of space but once it's unfolded, it has lots of room for whatever you need to haul. After using it for about 10 months, one of the plastic connector pieces broke. I reached out to the company to ask for a replacement plastic connector piece. They weren't able to send me a replacement connector piece for some reason. However, after e-mailing back and forth a couple times, they said they were going to ship me a replacement cart. I thought it would take weeks to get it (and questioned whether it would ever show up), but they were true to their word and quickly sent a replacement. I would highly recommend this product for the customer service alone. When I first bought this, I wondered if I would really use it that much but I use it a lot and love it. It has made my year of apartment living so much easier.

Initially bought it because i was working a conference and needed something to carry things from my hotel to the convention center. It folded up easily and fit into my luggage (as I had to fly to the conference). Very sturdy and really easy to move (I'm under 5 ft and had a ton of stuff in it).I also ended up using it for personal use as I moved to an apartment that is a much further walk from the parking lot and it has helped a lot when bringing a large grocery haul in. I used it a lot within the first month of purchase and everything worked great. Overall, very happy with it and worth the price.

I mainly use folding wagons for hauling baseball gears on the weekends for my son's travel baseball tournaments. I don't place too much weight inside the wagon, andit is extremely roomy for all his gear plus a medium sized cooler.It was difficult to rate this (or any other) wagon since most of the wagongs on Amazon or in the stores are not made of the highest quality nowadays, I've tried a few other wagon's in this price range and they all seem to work fine if you are pulling them on a smooth surface. However, if you are trying to use them on a rougher terrain such as grass, sand and rocky roads, you will need to exert more energy which places pressure on the plastic handle and joints and the handle. If you use your wagons regularly, it's not a matter of if but when it will break. Take my word for it, 95% of the wagons on the market faces the same issues.So why am I giving this wagon 5 stars? I am a believer in that everything in life is relative. These wagons are not much better or worse than their competition. So, to give them a 2 star rating just because it broke wouldn't be fair. I am giving them 5 stars because their customer service was impeccable. They responded to my message the same day (on a weekend) and took care of my issues within 2-3 days.Too many companies promise the world before you make the purchase, but are nowhere to be found when things go wrong. When a company backs its products and focuses on customer service, it gives the customers a peace of mind. I would highly recommend Vivohome products based on their after sale service.

We used this on vacation to haul our cooler, chairs, tent, umbrella, food, and beach towels to the beach. This wagon holds a ton of stuff! It's extremely sturdy and still looks new after a week of back and forth over gravel and sand. It's very easy to fold, and you can use the wheels when it's folded to transport it.

We have used our “buggy” 2 times, 1 time to our roof deck and 2nd to the beach. So land and sea, so to speak. Very sturdy, holds a lot and conveniently folds down to a nice size for storage in our NYC apartment.

I have 3 broken vertebrae in my spine due to cancer 5 years ago. I want to be more independent and this helps me to take my trash out and groceries in.

Only after about 1 and half months of use the most important part is completely torn! And the load was never even close to the max specified load! Very disappointed! Spent about 200$ and now its unuseable! Dont know what they decided to use plastic for this hinge.An update, so I checked my receipt, i got this on Aug 25th and today is Sep 29, one month and 4 days the left hinge has completely torn off. 170lb capacity really? I had at most 80lbs of things in there at one time! Completely waste of money!Another Update: Although the quality of this product is questionable, but the seller was nice enough to provide a satisfiable solution to this problem. 5 stars for the seller. I hope they fix this design flaw.

Unbelievable how useful this can be in an apartment building. It helped greatly with moving in and now weekly groceries from the garage up. One trip all COSTCO stuff is up to 12th floor. I take it down when leaving home and is "parked" in the storage room. It takes 30 seconds to open or close!One complain is that the handle does nor stay fixed at maximum length but you get used to it. This is the reason for 4 stars overall.

This is a large, heavy duty wagon. We purchased it for an upcoming move and to carry camera/film equipment. We are really impressed with its maneuverability, size, and sturdiness. So far, we have only used it in our condo building, but it moved really easily in and out of our elevator. So glad we bought this wagon!Update: we used this to move into a new condo and it was a huge help. We were able to pack lots of small items to speed up the process. We also used it on quite a few Costco runs. However, the handle broke when going up a slight incline in our parkade with a heavy load. It was definitely not heavier than the maximum weight, but perhaps close. We have used duck tape to attach the handle, but it no longer collapses to its neat compact size. We will be reaching out to the company to see if we can buy a new handle. Hopefully we can, as we really love this wagon.

Bought this to bring groceries from the car to our apartment. Folds down very compact so it doesn’t take up a lot of room in the back of the car. Holds lots of bags of groceries. Can bring everything into the building in one trip.

So glad I got this. Being partially disabled it has been a lifesaver during these times where stuff doesn't get delivered to the door. At least I can take this down to the lobby and pick up my groceries. It's a little difficult to fold up, but after some squeezing it works. But really heavy duty, and overall a great purchase.
