I ordered some artwork for my son's nursery and one print was 13x19 which now I know is not the most common size for picture frames. Plus I needed two frames in size 11x14 that matched, so it took me a while to find some that fit all my needs. I didn't want to spend too much money on the frames and I was a bit worried these would look cheap. They actually look really nice and are sturdy. His room is forest/woodland theme, and these frames go so nicely with everything else. I love the rustic wood look. The 11x14 set even comes with a nice mat to make a collage within the frame. I didn't need the mats, but I kept them in the frame behind the artwork in case I need them later.One of the 13x19 frames came damaged, which was disappointing. There was a card in the package from the manufacturer stating they would send replacements for any damaged products. I emailed them a photo of the damage with my order number and asked if I could get one replacement, and they responded immediately. I received a new set even though I only needed one, and it arrived in only 2 days!I would have given this product less stars due to the damage, but the way the company handled the situation really impressed me. I would not be worried to order from them again since I know they take care of their customers when anything goes wrong.

These frames are very nice, and I'm happy to give them as gifts. They arrived very well-packaged and were not damaged at all. The seller took extra care to protect the corners. Great value.

I am so pleased with these frames. I used them to frame gifts for my children. They were very pleased and they did arrive in undamaged condition. Happy that they were not glass. They were a perfect size for my poster so I didn't need to do any trimming which is a definite bonus.

The media could not be loaded.  I purchased four in August 2020 and two in November 2022 and they are NOT the same frame. Very disappointing since it is an obvious difference and can not use them as I would like.So I am giving them 4 stars since it is obviously two different products.Product: The value is great; it seems pretty sturdy.I would suggest ordering ALL the frames you may need together because you may end up with something different like I did.Notice the difference in the video and photos.The smaller frame is the frame I received in 2022. What I needed was the same size frame I received in 2020 (the larger frame).Very upset about this, as now my OCD will require me to purchase 5 more frames at the same time.May be shopping around for something more affordable.

Great price! Perfect size! Such a charming addition to my kitchen. I wanted a way to safely display my mom’s recipes in my kitchen. These frames were the perfect size and such a great deal. The spring tab holders in the back make adding a picture to the frame a snap!!! No more digging out a butter knife to pry tabs back to remove the cardboard backing. We had all 6 frames filled and placed in under 5 minutes! The distressed wood detailing just adds to the nostalgia. I love it. Now I have a little bit of mom with me whenever I’m in the kitchen. ❤️

Sturdy and lightweight. I framed some posters and hung them a high, plain wall. I’m a lazy picture hanger, I eyeball measurements & use picture hanging kits so I don’t have to bother finding or using studs. I prefer plexi to real glass in case my hanging skills fail. The frames come with gloves so you don’t get fingerprints on the plexi & both sides have a peel off covering so it doesn’t get scratched in transit. I bought the “Distressed White” but I wanted them a darker grey so I painted the frames with acrylic paints. Even though the frames look like distressed barn wood with no sheen, there must be a finish on them, as my paint kind of beaded up a bit. But I was going for a weathered look, so it worked out. If you wanted to really paint them, I’d recommend a bit of sanding first. Or use them as is, no paint needed. Comes with enough wire to hang vertical or horizontal.
