Since this computer was renewed, I searched the feedback on all the sellers. Refurb Ninja had a recent and longterm rating of over 95%. All the others were much lower. I paid a little more but the computer came well packaged, early, and was as described. I purchased a renewed hp ultra small form factor HP computer with 512gig of ram, a 512g solid state hard drive and a quad core, 3 gig processor. I also bought a cheap wireless keyboard ,mouse and a new monitor and plugged everything together after arrival. Everything fired right up and worked immediately. I am very pleased with my purchase and am very pleased with the value provided by Refurb Ninja. For less then the price of a cheap laptop computer I now have a very fast desktop computer that is not much larger. The computer is a foot in length and width and about three inches high. I have fairly simple needs (I’m not a gamer or a technical snob) and it fulfills them admirably. The unit was well packed and arrived in fine shape cosmetically. Worked well right out of the box. It took less than fifteen minutes to unpack, hook up the monitor & keyboard and boot it up. It’s extremely quiet and does not overheat. The unit itself is well designed and the refurb folks did a fine job. You’re probably want to replace the wired keyboard and mouse supplied with the unit but they get the job done. Overall a good, solid little computer and good value for the money. Diid I mention that it boots up REALLY quickly? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Overall *by R***. on March 11, 2021* Received my PC on time, it was well packaged with plenty of protection. Upon opening the box first thing I noticed was what appears to be snot on the envelope that contained the paperwork which during times of covid that is pretty upsetting and just gross in general so I used gloves to open the envelope and promptly tossed it in the trash.Everything was in great shape physically, came with a new keyboard, mouse, wifi dongle as advertised, the keyboard is defiantly the cheapest chinese crap keyboard that is formed warped and will not even sit flat on my bench but it does do its job...they said it included a keyboard but did not say it would be quality lol Not a big deal...I simply ordered a wireless keyboard and mouse combo and for the cheap price for the PC I have no issues with doing that as I feel it is still a great price point for what you get.As I looked through the housing at the power supply fan is was caked with dust and I removed the access cover and it had a small line of dust on the inside of it as well which means they skipped the cleaning during the refurb process which was disappointing but also not a deal breaker either.Once I plugged everything in and turned it on it came right up as a new and proper PC operating system and it worked flawless from start to finish, it found my wifi properly and accepted 5G wireless, bluetooth was present, sound was present and showed no driver conflicts.Once booted I pulled up the PC information and to my pleasant surprise it was an icor7 3.1ghz processor vs the advertised icor5 2.9ghz processor. The SSD hard drive was as advertised and had the advertised 16gig of ram installed so that was all a win win.
