Getting older sometimes means a person has some minor digestive issues. Living with any discomfort is not an option. So I sat down and did some research into available products that could help with everyday digestive problems. Have been using Natrol brand melatonin for a while and found the product to be helpful in getting to sleep at night. Then I decided to purchase one bottle of Natrol brand acidophilus to see if it works as advertised. It immediately started to get my digestive issues under control and my gut working right and on time. Along with taking a few other natural vitamins, using Natrol brand acidophilus has straightened out my digestive issues to my satisfaction. Take note. Its still important to eat properly and healthy. The three pack of this product will save you about 20% cost per each capsule. Good stuff.

The instructions on these capsules is to take one capsule 30 minutes prior to your meal three times a day. Well, the assumption is a person eats 3 meals a day and knows exactly when they are going to eat and remember to take it 30 minutes prior. Too much to remember for me and I do not know when I plan to have breakfast or dinner. If I do remember then I am to wait 30 minutes even though I have time to eat right now? Nope. I only eat lunch if I am out and about but not usually so am I to take these with me? Nope. I have been taking these for about 4 weeks and do not notice any health benefit but it may be because I just cannot follow the rigorous directions.

I love these acidophilus pills and since my husband is taking them also, I found this 3 pack and it's a great value. However, make sure you check your package when you get them. I went to get the second bottle out today and realized that the third bottle isn't acidophilus! It is melatonin. Not such a great deal when you only get 2 bottles and something else you don't need. Unfortunately my return window has closed already. I'll still buy them again, but I'll make sure I check the package the minute they come next time.

I have been looking for the capsules, the brand have been taking for 20+ years stopped capsules and Natrol is great

Previous packaging did not show MILK on it. So reordered it as I had for years. After a while, felt sick after taking new order but did not know why... checked label again - It has milk in it. Can't return, a week too late!

I have been taking Acidophilus on regular basis for years and it works! However, After I opened the first bottle in the last package and realized that it was Acai Berry!!!

this is the only brand and type that I have found to keep my IBS under control.
