The Price is Right
DeWalt wants $150 for a two pack, trying to push loyal customers towards the newer 20volt. But these work great. Expect 4 years of service, or so. Some of your cordless tools might not latch and disconnect easily. The mold is off just a tiny bit. The easy remedy is to take a razor knife and scrape/slice a 1/32" off the outer face of the thumb latch hooked end. That allows the hooked tip to release without applying gorilla pressure. From then on when you seat the battery remember to push the release tabs forward toward the tool to ensure lock up. A small, one time fix that saves you $110 dollars.

Dead On Arrival
Was excited to find an alternative to buying new Dewalt batteries at a fraction of the cost. Boy was I disappointed. Both batteries out of the box were defective. Neither one would hold a charge. They held less of a charge than the many year old ones I just threw away. At least my old ones would run strong for a day after a charge or hold a charge for a few days if not used. You couldn't drill a hole in drywall after these things are fully charged. Very disappointed and now I have to deal with their stupid return/exchange policy. I notice on one link this item has an over 40% disapproval rating. On this link, that is all missing and the reviews make it look like an awesome buy. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Cheaper option than OEM battery
Bought these to replace OEM. So far they are working well and they seem to hold charge. However, for some reason the charge doesn't hold as long sometimes as with other time even though the I'm using them under similar conditions. Also, it's difficult to insert or remove the battery from the drill or the charger. In order to remove the battery easier I have to push the battery down harder than press the battery release button.

Battery specs not to Dewalt standard
Ordered these 2 batteries to replace the DeWalts that were no longer holding a charge. Using either a standard DeWalt double changer or single charger these batteries don't fit. Had to really push hard to get them in the chargers. Then had to us a screwdriver to pry them off when fully changed. Not good. same then using them in a tool. the connector part is not to spec.

Low power
This product is near useless. Very light to hold so it can not hold much power, and the clips to release the battery from the tools is annoying to release. The batteries will power drills and flashlights, but it does not last long at all. The batteries are totally useless if you try to run the DeWalt saw. After the blade cuts about 1 inch into a 2X4, it just stalls, not enough power. I returned it and paid the big bucks for OEM battery packs.

A good replacement for costly originals in my 18v DeWalt set.
So far seem to hold up as well as originals for a third the cost. Time will tell if as good. These batteries are a bit difficult to remove from my Dewalt tools as one must really pinch the side release tabs very hard (and wiggle) to get them to drop out.

NOT worth the price..........
Bought these hoping generic batteries would be decent for the price. I knew they wont last as long as actual Dewalt batteries do but hoped for the price that these would get at least half to three quarters the life. On full charges I get about THREE minutes on average each battery. Some times I get almost 5 minutes use. Sadly I forgot I had bought them so they sat in their box for a year or so, so therefore I cant return them. And NO sitting for a year should not kill them....... I will just buy Dewalt 20 amp batteries from now on and buy the adapter from 18 to 20 batteries. Some things arent worth cutting corners and cost...........

Two replacement circle saw batteries.
What can I say? One gets what he pays for. These batteries are made for the DeWalt saws/drills of the 18 V nature. They fit my saw, but the charger is something else. Putting them in the charger so they make contact is something else. Nearly have to hammer them in. Getting them out is another joy. Take my smaller wrecking bar to pry them out. Not good, but they seem to take a charge once they get driven in to make contact. But for the price, which is much less than the other battery costs, guess I'll keep my mouth closed and not complain.
