Sift it, Love it! 🥳
This 5-cup flour sifter is designed for the modern baker, featuring a deep sifting cup to prevent spills, a one-handed operation for convenience, and a durable stainless steel construction. Its double-layer fine mesh design allows for efficient sifting of both fine and coarse powders, making it a versatile tool for any kitchen.

It's an arm workout!
While sifting is essential in baking this makes it relatively easy. It's an arm workout for sure but it's fun and makes sifting go faster. My 5 year old enjoyed trying to help.

Tremendous disappointment
This is the second sifter I have purchased. The first was battery operated but broke before I could even use it the first time. This one was worthless after the second use. I was initially impressed by the double-blade sifting system. Because there were two areas that would sift, I assumed the flours would sift unusually fine. That was true, but cranking for a very long time yielded very poor results. It took soooo long for the flour (2 cups) to sift through and even after my hand was extremely tired of cranking on that lever, there was a lot of flour stuck between the two areas in the bottom of the sifter. To clean the sifter took almost as long. I used the spray on the kitchen faucet, and even after washing and rinsing several times, it was obvious I would not be able to get this utensil clean. I thought briefly about donating it, but I did not want to put this poor utensil in anyone else's hands. So disappointing.

LIke It But Don’t Love It
Before this sifter, I had the aluminum hand crank sifter that I loved. It finally died when the handle became difficult to crank and the bottom started falling out. This sifter is ok. It doesn’t sift as well as the hand crank version. Also, I find it slower than the hand crank because the handle level seems to sometimes stick or not spring back as quickly as I would like. Washes extremely well in the dishwasher.

Not great for everyday flour use
This is not bad for its purpose but it’s very frustrating that the flour or sugar gets caught between the two levels. I like my old fashioned one better

SIFT THOSE LUMPS AWAY
I HAD A FLOUR SIFTER LIKE THIS ONE IN MY HOME UNTIL RECENTLY. I REMEMBER PREVIOUS GENERATIONS OF FAMILY BAKERS HAVING ONE. WHY? BECAUSE IT IS HANDY, LIGHT WEIGHT, DURABLE, DISHWASHER SAFE. IT DOES THE JOB WELL. ORDER CAME RAPIDLY, PACKED SECURELY. THE PRICE WAS RIGHT. CHEERS TO MANY MORE YEARS OF SIFTING THRU THOSE DELICIOUS FLOURLY RECIPES. IT RINGS OF ANTIQUITY WHILE PROVIDING TRUE VALUE & PERFORMANCE THAT WILL CARRY ANY BAKER INTO THE NEXT CENTURY. I'LL NOT LET THIS ONE ESCAPE MY KITCHEN. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE ITEM TO ANY SHOPPER IN THE MARKET.

Broke in less than 15 sec of usage
I read the review that this item is defective and always thought there's an exception. An item charging at thirty plus dollar so much more expensive than their competitor should have some level of quality in it ? that runs in my mind but i am shocked with this quality. The spring attached to the handle come loose and always cut my wife hand. When I look at how this item is build, i'm shocked the level of quality in this item. Please AMAZON, do kindly look into it and please remove this item from your product list.I intentionally find something more expensive expecting better quality but it doesnt turn out this way.
