The bike is the right size and easy to assemble

The bike was easy to complete the set up with the instructions given. I had been watching youtube videos prior to riding it, so as to get the best experience riding it and using the power assist and gears correctly. It was a pleasure to ride as easy to use and ease of gear usage with the power assist. I have arthritis in my knees & hips and can’t believe how comfortable and easy the ride was. I get out of breath easily and that never happened at any point on the ride. My son has metal plates in both ankles from a motorbike accident and he rides this with ease. I would definitely recommend this bike.

This was my retirement present to myself, also my friend baught same. We absolutely love getting out and about in the fresh air, great value and easy assembly.

Although purported to be similar to an Ideal world bike that I bought previously this bike is less heavy and the saddle drops further making it much easier to control for my 5’3” height. Came fully assembled - all we had to do was turn the handlebars around . It even had air in tyres and charge in battery!!

If was easy to assemble nice bike

This isn't a bad bike, it's OK.Cons:Bad with any steepness of hillsBattery life is decent but the indicator is super inaccurate, it jumps from full charge to 1 bar of charge and back constantly so you will never know how much battery you have left.Does not last as long as it should but good enough for short commutesPros:Pretty decent for cycling every day along the canal.

Makes cycling that little bit easier especially after two knee replacement
