Great tool bag with an amazing warranty!
Love this tool bag. Very well built. Can fit a lot of tools in it and it still doesn't feel heavy on your back. I do commercial industrial HVAC so it can be demanding of a tool carrier. Attics, crawl spaces, roofs in rain and snow. This thing held up great for 4½ years. Zipper ended up failing on me. I was 6 months from being out of warranty and veto honored the warranty. Sent me a new tool bag as a loaner while they repaired my original bag. Make sure to buy from an authorized dealer to get the zero downtime warranty. The list of dealers is on their website.Incredible product with a great warranty that they honored. So used to companies finding a reason not to honor a warranty, not the case with Veto. Will definitely be a life long customer. Expensive but worth every penny.

Amazing pack
I’ve owned this pack for a while now that’s really good storage capacity and organization. Allows for interchangeable inserts. Zippers are heavy duty. The whole bag is put together very well and it’s built to last and even when it’s loaded down with 70 pounds worth of tools, it still comfortable to wear

Five Stars even after 5 years...
So I've had this tool bag for over a year (purchased 10 June 2016) and so far I've been happy with it. The stitching has held up very well with only a few strings popping out here and there. All the seams are still tight and solid with no fraying what so ever. The zippers are not crossed or showing signs of wear and the close with no effort. The bottom of the bag is obviously worn but it's holding up like a champ; no holes or broken spots anywhere. the straps are still very solid as well as all the clasps and fasteners. Aside from minimal cosmetic wear this bag has far exceeded my expectations. The bag itself functions as it should with plenty of space for what I need. Please keep in mind that his is a TECH BAG, not a full blown tool bag for every single tool you own. With that said I'm able to carry everything I need to respond to a service call; multi-meter, multi bit screwdrivers, small 12 volt drill, flashlight, crimpers, cutters, needle nose, laptop, service ticket book, and other items to do my job. This thing can get very heavy very fast however, so pack accordingly. If you simply do not want to forget a single tool I would suggest carrying a supplemental rolling bag as well.Other than that I have only a few minor personal complaints with this bag but I would definitely recommend it. I feel it was worth every cent I paid for it and I doubt I will need to replace it anytime soon. After owning a Klein tech bag and it failing on me after a year I'm glad I made the switch.Pros:- Easily carry your tools with plenty of padding in the shoulders and back.- Lots of space for carrying the essentials.- Doesn't topple over when open.- Rugged design that has withstood the elements.- Re-enforced in all the right places.Cons:- Gets very heavy very fast.- Expensive, but you get what you paid for.- Placement of some of the pockets doesn't make sense.- No dedicated padded sleeve/pocket for tablets/laptops. Even after 5 years of everyday use this backpack still amazes me. With the exception of ONE single plastic broken on the left shoulder strap there are no issues outside of normal wear and tear. I recommend these backpacks 100% because it's stood the test of time and I've certainly gotten my money's worth. I just hope that they are still being made with the same attention to detail and quality that got me to buy this pack so many years ago...

Built super tough, heavy, smaller than expected
Construction of this bag is first rate. I’ve never seen a better built backpack in my entire life. The rolling feature is great because when this is fully loaded it can weigh 40lbs or more. The tool slots seem too big for screwdrivers and too small for scissoring type tools like players. It’s certainly serviceable. Tools in the front, drill/hardware in the back. Highly recommended for professionals who don’t want to leave their tools in the work truck.

Best Tool Bag Period
Awesome Bag, Ton of compartments inside main and back panel for organization, and the way it's designed makes rucking around 40 lbs worth of hand tools feel like 20 lbs. Absolutely Bulletproof as well.

Finally TECH PAC in Black 🖤! Awesome build quality! Hard plastic base needs to be a .5" deeper.
4.75 out of 5-Stars • Hooray! Finally they came out in Black 🖤 upon my repeated requests :) Absolute awesome build quality! Looks and works fantastic. The hard plastic base needs to be a 0.5" deeper because it is very difficult to get your hands down to the bottom to grab any tool, tight fit. So the hard plastic base needs a 0.25" deeper on each side to make it perfect!

A year after everyday use by an HVAC tech
My trade requires alot of tools. This leads to an inevitable overloading of my toolbag because if I don't bring them all in with me, Murphy's law will send me back to the truck for the one tool I left in there. Sometimes I can convince myself "I haven't used my 3 lb adjustable wrench in like 3 months... leeet's lighteeen the loooad." *removes wrench* Next job - sure enough - I need it. It's an incredible phenomenon. So I was overloading and annihilating a dewalt tool backpack (200$) every year because the zippers would eventually give out. Then it finally dawned on me that my boss has a bag that looks to be at least 15 years old if not 30 - covered in glue, pipe dope, silicone, all the fun stuff. It's also unavoidably stuffed to the max with tools and still rocking a fully functioning zipper. Not to mention it has no rips or stitching coming undone - what the hell? What brand's that? Veto. It's not a backpack, my preferred method of carrying this much weight, but it is old and very intact. I decided I needed one. I searched around town, nobody carries them... but THAANK YOOU amazon. And what... o..m..GOTHEY MAKE BAcKPACKS!!!1! YEEEESSSSSssUnfortunately, you want quality, you need to pay for it. So I purchased the most expensive piece of apparel I've ever owned. After exactly a year of using it in the field every 8-10 hour work day I can tell you, like my boss's bag, it's still 100% as functional as the day I got it. Zipper still nice and smooth. Not only that, but I've grown so accustomed to the unique features of the bag it would be very frustrating to go back to anything else. The hook feature is great for keeping the bag from falling over in the back of the truck. This would happen from time to time with my dewalt bags and you'd have to reorganized a bunch of spilled tools when you opened up the bag. Very annoying. The little "shelf" the flap makes when you open up the bag is my fav. A strap from the top of the flap can be clipped to a ring at the top of the bag which holds the weight of the tools you're using. So you dont have to put em in the dirt or amongst a bunch of junk so they blend in and you lose em or forget em. The shelf keeps em clean, keeps em organized. Brilliant. The flap also has a large enough magnet section for the important screws of the appliance I'm taking apart so I don't need a separate magnet tray.Even just the fact that the flap is a flap is genius design. My last dewalt bag basically opened down the middle and you stacked tools on both sides of the opening. This caused the bag to essentially close on itself when open. You had to hold it open with one hand, grab the tool with the other, requiring you to also face the bag. With a flap flopped wide open the bag can be even right behind you and you can just reach around and grab stuff with one hand.In summary, this is probably the greatest tool bag manufactured by human beings. I haven't tried them all, but I know it would be a hell of a difficult task to improve on this design. Yes it's expensive, but it's probably the last tool bag you'll buy.

Expensive but VERY WELL MADE. Good for electricians
As an electrician I have a lot of tools. They are now all (most) in this bag - including my Megger tester and all other test kit bits and bobs which I store safely in the rear segment. No other bag that I can see will do that.Although heavy (esp with tools added) it is a purchase I'm glad I made. Wouldn't have paid any more for it mind
