probably one of your best options in regards to green tea extract. i can't say if this alone contributed to my weight loss because when it comes to weight loss there are many factors at play. but in my opinion worth it

I expected some sort of increased energy and an aid in weight loss. That didn't happen, but at least I am getting green tea benefits without tannic acid burn I normally get from drinking tea.

Ok so I've been looking for something to replace my energy drinks and cut the sugar out.. but i still felt like i need something to help keep me gojng on long days. A friend of mine said to try green tea extract so i found these and here i am.. happy i did. When I took these I noticed a subtle boost in my energy and I didn't feel like junk afterwards... so yeah I'll order these again.

Green tea extract is the best! If I could only take one supplement it would be this one.

I took this set of pills for less than a week. The first day was great and I was completely energized however, I was beginning to feel extremely light headed and not myself during evening/night time. I had feelings of anxiety so I stopped taking it immediately. It just was not working for me so I am disappointed to say that I wasted money on this.

Have noticed that since I've started taking them I have more energy.
