Craig Ballantyne's Home Workout Revolution is a cutting-edge home training program. Don't waste your $$$
I knew I had made a bad choice within 2 minutes of watching the first DVD. I own many workout programs to include Beachbody products and this series was very "B" level to me. The instructors, the location it was filmed (almost like they were in the hallway of this Turbulence Training place), etc... I had extra tax money to spend and took a chance on this. Some workouts are as short as 4 minutes, many 12 to 18 minutes. Programs I think you would like better; Michelle Dozois' Peak Fit, Mike Dolce's UFC Fit, Paul Katami's 4X4, Jillian Michaels Body Revolution (beginner/intermediate) or Body Shred (advanced,) and of course ANYTHING from Beachbody or Cathe Friedrich.

Absolutely the best
Absolutely the best workout video series I have ever used! Craig does an awesome job of explaining how the exercises are done and gives great details on how to do it properly. The one thing I really l do love is that the workout is done before I even know it. Other exercise programs I have done they seem to drag or the instructor can be very annoying. When you are listening to these tapes over and over that can become very annoying and it makes you cringe. I have never felt that way with any of Craig's workouts. He just does an awesome job of keeping you motivated and wanting to do more. And most of all I love that I'm getting a fabulous workout in only 30 minutes. I've done other exercise workouts that have been much longer and I wasn't seeing anywhere near the results I do with Craig's workouts!

Best Workout System!
Craig truly is the "Godfather" of fitness. I have used Turbulence Training for years with tremendous success. I love his no BS approach to health and fitness. So excited to get the hard copy edition. Thx TT

Workouts are short and intense and I can fit them into my day
Nicely packaged. Compilation of the ETR workouts organized from beginner to advanced. Much easier access to the workouts in my opinion. On time delivery

I'm giving this 5 stars based on anticipation, and experience with Craig Ballantyne's 6 minutes to skinny program, which I think is brilliant.I've done all kinds of exercise: in the gym, at home, with weights, machines, and using body weights.Short-burst, high-intensity, body-weight exercises are, well, intense, effective, and...short. No difficulty fitting a session into one's day, so one can actually do them, and one isn't set us to fail by being asked to do a program that just takes too much time. I like the variety of the sessions in the program I've used, and like having an online coach/cheerleader to keep me going at a more intense rate than I would do on my own, plus with good tips about proper form.
