Decent enough but you get what you pay for.
In short, you get what you pay for. The hammer works well and served the purpose I bought it for. However the design of the adjustable handle is cheap and within about 20 minutes of use, not leaning excessively on it, the rubber handle just fell off the metal mounting bracket. It is just form fit around the nut and was clearly not designed to take any pressure at all....which is counter intuitive seeing it is a handle on what amounts to be a small jackhammer. But....for the price, I got what I paid for and don't have anything to complain about.Kudos to e7tools...sort of....because when I filed for a return/exchange with Amazon, I included the reason which was the handle broke, and I didn't need to exchange or return the unit, I just needed a handle. Although Amazon immediately authorized a return, without telling me, e7tools just sent me a replacement handle. Luckily I hadn't rushed to the UPS store to return the unit otherwise I would have a handle and no hammer but to e7tools credit, they did immediately address my issue. But I qualify the kudos because it is clear the handle they sent me was used, off of probably a returned handle judging from the war wounds and scars it had on it. However, it was intact and does fit the hammer I have, so the issue was resolved....but that is why I gave it only 4 start. For my DIY needs, this is a good hammer. I wouldn't buy it for anything other than the occasional non-critical job where you can afford to stop and deal with broken parts if you should run in to it.

I do recommend this tool
I purchased this Demolition Jack Hammer for the purpose of making a 2' x 3' hole on a high density rock. With this jack Hammer I was able to make the hole and complete a backyard light pole project. The hammer worked flawlessly as I did work this tool for about four hours straight. I do recommend this tool, but I, as the users of this Demolition Jack Hammer needed more specific instructions on how to lubricate the DJH and also I needed to know what type of grease should be used to lubricate this tool. I give this tool a very good performance rating and a "Buy without worries".

Better than renting - good for light use.
So far so good. Bought this instead of renting one and am glad I did. Used it to dismantle 15 brick support posts for an old rail fence. Each post consisted of around 30 bricks. Used it in short bursts and took long breaks between each post to allow jack hammer to cool off. Not sure how it would hold up to long continuous use. Weighs around 12 pounds. Instruction manual is vague, generic, and parts didn't apply to this item. Got the extended warranty just in case.

Unbelievable value.
I've been a union labor for 30 years and ive used every brand demo hammer in the industry I hate to say it but this Chinese hammer works fantastic. Hits every bit as hard as a Hilti for a third of the price maybe even less than that.

Worked perfectly for my project.
Removed a 24" X 24" X 5" thick concrete slab to add a sump pump pit in a basement. After drilling a few perimeter holes with a hammer drill, this jack hammer removed it easily. Highly recommend. The two tips that come with it work great.
