Change Your Encodements, Your DNA, Your Life! Perfect Paperback – November 1, 2005

Many topics covered were already of interest to me making it a fun book to refer to. Perspectives expressed are not heavy-handed (as many channeled books tend to be) but are offered in a friendly, open-minded tone. In its 25 chapters, it manages to cover several practical aspects of daily life with some emphasis on children/young adults especially geared towards parents. Even though I'm not one, the book was still useful.Although the title refers to encodements and DNA, it's nothing as 'complicated' nor is it typical new-age stuff (no visualizations, affirmations, etc). Just ways to see things in a different way or to open one's mind. Format is question-answer from all her channeled sessions and a sense of humour is evident to help keep the mood fairly light. Mostly, it resonated with my current views and attitudes.Personally, I don't care whether the book is channeled or not - the material just needs to make sense and apply to real life. Another imp. criteria for me was that the author also practices as a psychotherapist. In general, I've found people, who also lead regular, normal, everyday lives as the rest of us do, make far better channels. Otherwise what comes through tends be woo-woo or escapism. The author also shares several in-depth articles on this subject on her website (Amma, the Divine Mother) - after reading them + a Google book preview, I bought it as an e-book. Worth it!

I am an avid reader of books dealing with working with our own energy. This is probably one of the most important books I have read. Working with the encodement technicians is so easy. Anyone can do it. This book is full of so much information from Amma, the entity Cathy Chapman channels. It is a natural segue from the Kryon books. It gives a clear instructions on how to change your encodements and your DNA and it helps you realize why your encodements are the way they are and what the consequences are of changing them. I discovered Cathy's work in the Sedona Journal of Emergence wherein her article followed one by Lee Carroll on Kryon talking about how to talk to your cells. This encodement work covers health outcomes, relationships, wealth, professions, best locations to live, attitudes we carry about ourselves, past and future healing. It's universal in application. Since we have no encodements past the year 2000, why not create ourselves according to the most delightful dreams about who we can be. Now we can! Enjoy. Most profound thanks to Amma and Cathy.

This book, written in 2005, is a perfect companion and.guidepost for the challenges of our times. It is a wellspring of hope and solid, nurturing spiritual counsel. Such a gift!

I knew something amazing was about to happen when i started using theencodements and it has. I let go of a non-growing stagnating relationship. This book is a must read for EVERYONE serious about regaining a healthy and happy life. Dr. Cathy Chapman is completely heart-centered and an extremely loving / patient healer. One who has devoted her life to bridging the physical and the Divine, so that those who desire healing in every sense may have the tools necessary.I encourage you to enjoy all of Dr. Cathy Chapman's books and CD's. What a gift!

I can't believer how amazing this book is! Every word seems to ring true for me.....I feel very at peace and have a sens that I am being directed. So many subjects are addressed that answered my questions....that I didn't even know I had!!! :) until I read them.Everyone should read this book!

I have witnessed tremendous healing through Cathy Chapman so I was very interested in reading this book.It took me a long time to finish because I only read 2 -3 pages at a time.The words were like a rich dessert....I just needed a little each day.
