I’ve been looking for something that would help with my bad neck and I came across this product. I am so happy I did as it has help so much. The product is simple to use but has been so effective. Having used the neck saviour for just over 8 months, I thought it was now time to write this review.

How you use necksaviours really depends on what your specific need is. The spectrum of neck pain and headaches associated with the neck and tension is enormous both in terms of severity, irritability and in terms of chronic or acute. That's the beauty of necksaviour in that it is so simple to use that it can be used when you wake up with a bad neck, or to keep problems at bay (like a stretching regime). It can also be used on a daily or even twice daily basis for example to help reduce chronic pain and the need for medication. So in summary it's hard to be too prescriptive because everybody is different and will end up using it 'their way'. necksaviours create traction and there is an upper limit to duration of 20 minutes. necksaviours come with full instructions, precautions and contraindications.
