Excellent value for money
A perfect fit and unbelievable to find at a great price. This is basically the same as the Dell one and I noted a very strong battery life. Considering my old battery wouldn't hold more than 10 mins charge, this is 4 hours now, which for an old laptop is impressive.

Poor battery life
bought this to replace my official dell battery which is probably approaching 8 years old now, but this replacement barely lasts any longer than my old battery goes from fully charged to empty in roughly 1hr 30mins, not very good for a brand new battery. considering returning

Does not work at all - read review
This battery does not work at all, with Dell Enhancement pack installed it shuts down laptop immediately. I removed Dell enhancement pack and now the operating system (Windows 10) does not recognize the battery properly. It will charge when AC adapter plugs in, however as soon as AC adapter is unplugged the O/S shuts down the laptop almost immediately. Completely useless, will attempt to contact seller for replacement or refund.
