For the last 13 years, I've lived in apartments with no bathtub, so I've had to take showers. Occasionally, I go to a spa and soak in a hot tub, but those facilities have chlorine and other people in the water - not so appealing.Recently, I've been reading about soaking in a warm bathtub with Epsom salts to ease aching joints, so I started researching tubs that could have Epsom salts added. A jacuzzi-type hot tub is out of the question because Epsom salts would corrode the circulating and heating system, plus those tubs take a ton of water and electricity. Thanks to Amazon's vast product selection and customer reviews, I ordered this inflatable bathtub.I knew this tub would work well to soak in, but I had one concern: could I get in and out? I'm a senior of medium ability, meaning that I can get up off the floor with medium effort. My advice to seniors is that you would have to be able to stand up from the floor without relying on the edge of a tub in order to use this inflatable tub. If you can't do that, make sure you have help from a person, or place a device such as a chair next to the tub.Other nice features are the quick-inflation ports and the easy drain. Filled to the tippy-top, the capacity is 50 gallons, but you don't want to fill it that high - to the top of the first inflation ring was just fine for me - about 15-20 gallons. Then you can add the same amount of Epsom salts that you would add to a standard bathtub. The plastic floor of the tub is not dangerously slippery, so that's a safety plus. The entire tub is very nice, and I am glad I bought this model.

I would give this a 5 star review for comfort and quality. I'm giving it one less for ease of use. It is difficult (for me anyway) to empty (heavy & awkward). Will try to use this more this winter as it is very comfy once you're in it (also love the drink holder & zipper).

This was purchased for a rental that we used that didn't have a bathtub. This worked great! We will continue to use this whenever we go on vacation. This is very well made and should last us a very long time. Thank You.

It gets the job done, but It's not that sturdy to hold a elderly man and woman. Definitely need assistance getting in and out of the tub if a caretaker is bathing a handicapped person.

This is very well made holds air great. We have had it for over a year still going strong.
