Update; it is now May 2021. This charger stopped working last fall. I do not recommend buying this, if u expect it to last more than a year I bought this for cycling trips, and emergency use. It was packaged well, and included the charger cord. Hurricane season is here, and I wanted to test it, so I plugged it in, as soon as it arrived. I tried to show, in the pics, just how the cords plug in. The initial charge took just under 12 hours. (I expected that, per description). But, this thing charges a phone and a rechargeable flashlight really fast! Just over an hour for a full charge. Really impressive. It is sturdy and well made. It's going to fit nicely into my bike bag, and it will come in really handy, for the upcoming hurricane season, since I know it will charge 2 items at once. Overall, a really good buy.

This is some cheap made crap, pretty mad I spent my money on it. First it takes like for ever to charge, like I had it plugged in all night the first time I got it and I kept checking it throughout the night and after 8 hours of being plugged in the light was still flashing, it was white which means it was at 75-100% battery life but I just can't believe it wasn't full. I figured I'd get a couple charges for my phone out of it for how long it took. It charged my phone from 15% to 89% and the light turned green, which is the 25-50% battery range. Took about 55 minutes. I swear the charge this gave my phone was weaker than from a regular charger as about 2 hours later I was back down to 20% battery on my phone. I plugged it back in to the charger and after it got my phone to 32% battery the light on the charger turned red, which means 0-25% battery life left in the charger. As soon as the charger turned red it won't consistently charge my phone. It charges then stops then charges then stops, every, second, it's, plugged, in. And my phone vibrates when the charging begins and ends, so now it won't stop vibrating my phone which is draining the battery even faster instead of charging it.. when I'm supposed to have 20% battery left on the charger I can't even use it, and the time it takes to charge the charger is too much it's really inconvenient.

The media could not be loaded. I have to say that I an very impressed with this portable charger! First off packaging was right on!! As soon as I took it out of box, I charged it all the way to full, which did not take too long... I'd say about an hour but it was probably partially charged already. So I'd say maybe 2 hours from a very low battery to fully charged. The one thing I love is that it charges my phone completely full in no time at all!It is a little heavy but I was expecting that. Has two USB ports to charge two devices at same time. Fits into my purse easily and I'm on the go without worry of my phone going dead in the middle of an event when I need to use it for pictures, video recording or just calling a taxi. I've been needing one of these for awhile now and I'm so happy and satisfied that I bought this one. Works lovely!!! Would recommend. Comes with a little USB cord.

Absolutely loved this power bank. We bought it 6 months ago, didn’t even use it excessively, and it has already broken. Prior to this we were able to charge our devices (iPhones mostly) between 5-6 times. Now we just get a solid red light. I’m extremely disappointed how quickly this stopped working.Update: contact the company and they are sending a replacement. Great customer service!

Pros:- Fast intelligent charging.- Huge battery capacity.- Quality made.- Grippy surface.Cons:I would not mind to have a digital capacity readout.I like this charging device. It's inexpensive and right on the point, offers only what's required for little money. It's comfortable and intelligent, won't overcharge your devices and fast enough, I charged my S9 very fast with FastCharge speed.Not sure how to go about taking this with you while air traveling. Check regulations before you take it along.I am completely satisfied with the purchase and would definitely recommend this to my friends and family.Thanks for your attention.

While it takes 12 hours for the initial charge, I have been able to charge and use 2 devices (phone, tablet) for most of the day. I have yet to run the charger down completely! The unit is heavy but it is well worth the weight.

I got this in December. When I first got it, I charged it as instructed, it worked great. I could get two full charges on my phone, and it was fast! Now, 5 months later, the thing goes dead after charging my phone from dead to 68%. Now it takes like two days for the power pack to get recharged. Not happy with that performance. I always let it drain and recharged it.
