June Julien Women Gradient Leggings Cropped Pants

I don't typically take the time to write reviews but I had to in this case. I'm sorry, I don't know about you, but I'm really sick and tired of all of the misleading five-star reviews from people who received their items for free. It's really sad when someone goes crazy and writes a five star review for something, even if it sucks, just because it was free. It's even more sad that Amazon's review system is filling up with such unhelpful swill. I'll get off my soapbox now and actually review these pants. I bought two pairs and returned them both. First, the material is very strange: it feels and looks a lot like a cross between a thinner version of an ace bandage and a pair of tights. Not appealing to me at all and I own A LOT of yoga pants and capris and workout wear. If you want an excellent brand of pants and capris look up 90 Degree Reflex. Second: the entire crotch area is highlighted by bold black strips going in an opposing pattern compared to the rest of the pants. It's utterly bizarre and honestly looks as if you're wearing crotchless pants and in desperate need of a Brazilian wax. REALLY BAD! Funny, none of the oh-so-lucky-and-excited-to-get-these-for-free crowd mentioned this not-so-tiny detail. In short: unless you find either of the aspects I mentioned appealing, SKIP THESE PANTS.

When I first got these I was disappointed because I seriously did not believe they would fit. I had gotten them along with some shirts from another company that were WAY too small. After a week or so I decided to bite the bullet (I was in a self deprecating mood and figured 'why not'). I am so glad I put them on. They are super comfortable!! They fit perfectly, they feel great, and exercising in them ended up being surprisingly nice. I didn't have to keep pulling them up, I didn't feel self conscious in them, and I was able to move around freely without any kind of restriction. I will be buying another pair in the future.

Really very pleasantly surprised with these leggings. I took them out and thought that they would never fit - they appeared quite small. I am pretty much a medium on the bottom - and these do fit perfectly and look really nice. Nice addition to my work out clothes ( which can double as daytime wardrobe )

The pants are overall comfortable. However, the length was a bit too long for me. They hit about 5 inches above my ankle (compared to the picture that shows slightly below the knee). Other than that, the pants fit well and I would purchase again.

I am 5"3' and weigh 123... I ordered a small, but should have gotten a medium. They still fit, but are a little tight. Love the colors and will still wear them as they are comfortable!

These leggings are great! Super soft and stretchy. The only slight negative is in the crotch area the pattern is different and dark so it looks a little strange.

Bought as a gift for the good price and style. I'm told it fits well and very comfortable. I'd give five stars, but the right leg hem was either half done or came out before it was shipped. Happy overall!

Seriously my favorite pair of leggings! I cannot even believe what a great deal they were! I will buy many more!
