I've bought other portable 18650 battery powered fans around the $15 price point and been extremely happy. Unfortunately I can't say I'm happy with this one. There's a few things I don't like so I'll list them in the order from least to worst. (1) Plastics feel cheap. Feels like it would break or crack at the slightest drop. (2) The stand for the fan is bad. Well at least for smooth surfaces it is. I keep it on a work desk and at the lowest setting, the fan's vibrations cause it to move constantly. You'll need to tape it down, or secure it to the surface if you don't want it to constantly move around. (3) Charge port is at the bottom so you can't charge this and have it in the stand at the same time. If you want to have this plugged in at all time to have continuous power you'll have to figure out another method for a stand. (4) Charge time is horrible. I have other 18650 fans which charge in a 1/3 the time. Not sure why this one is so slow, but it is. (5) And lastly, the fan it's self. The air it moves is sub par at best

quiet and fairly discreet (put it this way - I wish I'd had one the last time I travelled on a train) It's easy to position on a desk/table when you're at work or by your bed as you sleep.
