CradlePoint COR IBR600LE-VZ Router for Verizon

I have not one single, little, tiny, negative thing to say. This Greatly Exceeded my expectations. If you need Wi-Fi anywhere you go, and you can afford it, buy this Gateway! Worth every dime over a consumer grade hot spot. Very User Friendly even for the lay person. Excellent help screens provided as you mouse over a field. No need to do anything, the help just pops up!Between me, my kids and my wife, we have 11 devices we want connected when we go to our RV. The RV Park is in an area where you can only get enough signal on your phone to text, not enough to make a call. No internet providers will provide land line service there. I had a choice of moving the RV from a park we all LOVE (its on the beach AND the sound with a dock) or finding a way to get internet to that RV. After extensive reading I hesisantly pulled the trigger and spent $600. I am so glad I did. It works perfectly. We now stream Netflix and YouTube at the same time over this 4G modem/Router. With no outdoor antenna. From no signal to streaming video with a simple easy setup.Note: Regarding Antenne..... I wasted 100$ and a great deal of time on an external antenna (mounted on a 20ft high pole) connected by Ultra low loss cable. I recorded a small LOSS in signal while using the outside antenna vs the indoor ones provided with this modem/router. Thats correct. The indoor antenne provided when you buy it did a better job than the one outside on a pole. All the antenne you need will come in the package when you buy it.Note:The device gets kinda hot. You can touch it but its very warm. It puts out lots of heat. So I dont reccommend putting it in a small cabinet or closet without AC.

Deployed three of these units in remote areas where Internet access was at the lowest end of DSL. One site, the cell tower is 6 miles away. Getting 15Mbps down/8Mbps up. Even during a torrential rain, the same speeds were available. Using the Wilson external antenna in conjunction with the CradlePoint. If you need fast, reliable Internet in a remote site....these are a great option.

I purchased this unit after dealing with troubleshooting a consumer-grade third-party Verizon modem (NETGEAR MBR1515-100NAS 4G LTE Mobile 300N). The step up in price was 100% worth it. I've been using the CradlePoint in a mobile environment where I need to get a lot of data just a few times a week from a remote location. Though not used often, when I do it's critical and I needed a device I could rely on. After several weeks the CradlePoint has proven rock-solid dependable. The small form factor, mounting bracket, solid construction, and router GUI has made this the perfect mobile cell connection for my application. I plan on purchasing more in the near future.

Expensive, but it works all the time, The cheap MiFi point from Verizon would not stay connected. My Verizon rep recommended this product and it works great. If you need a reliable 24-7 Cellular WiFi connection this product will do it.

This product easily exceeds the product requirements for our application. We have a difficult construction project where connectivity (wireless) and reliability are necessary. As the test results come in, we are very impressed with the performance and ease of setup of this device. I highly recommend anyone who needs performance and reliability for internet connectivity to consider the solution CradlePoint offers.
