Safe-T-Sport Neoprene Open Patella Knee Sleeve Support by FLA XXX-Large Black

The neoprene open patella support fits me nicely and helps to support knee. I measured my leg about 2 inches above my knee (about 22" around). The XXXL fits snugly without being too tight.

While I like the knee sleeve, I ordered per instructions, but size was a little big, so sleeve slips down.....needed one size smaller.

I love this product. I have a bad knee and it has been so helpful. Fits like a glove and supports my knee.

I was so looking forward to this since my knee has been giving me issue. I measured the area above the knee which it stated to do before ordering. I'm a 24" so I ordered the 3x as it said I should. Unfortunately, the sleeve was too large. I tried walking with it but it would just slide down my knee and end at my calf. I let the company know if I could exchange it for the next size down and they said yes however I needed to include a check for $3 to have the new sleeve shipped to me. I didn't think it was fair to have to pay for shipping on the replacement since I didn't pay for shipping the first time and I was going to have to pay for shipping it back. Decided not to chance a replacement since there was no guarantee it would fit properly and I didn't want to defeat the point of the low price by paying for shipping several times.

The support is good, but I had trouble with the sleeve slipping. My physical therapist suggested using skin prep wipes which leave the skin a little sticky. This helped to keep the sleeve from sliding. I had this problem with both sleeves that I ordered. The first one fit too loose, so I ordered a smaller one which also slipped. The next size down would have been too small to fit.

Not what i expected. It will not stay up on my leg and it really doesnt provide any support

Great support. Easy on & off. Stays put. Easy to adjust.
