A mic clip, and a nice wooden case (as well as a cloth bag) are included.

Is this the live or studio r-121 mic? there are two different royer r-121 mics (live and studio)

To the best of my knowledge, based just on the photos, this is the studio one. The live version should have a little red Royer plate where the studio has a little green Royer plate.
