Works fine, check the measurements
We're delighted with thick little top sirloin steaks cooked in the Ooni with this Grizzler. We seasoned the pan as directed then put it in the Ooni and got it to 600 degrees on a thermal sensor, took it out, and put the steaks in for two minutes, flipped them, and gave them another minute. I think it would have been the same excellent results leaving them in for three minutes. They rested a few minutes on a warm plate in the oven and were perfect char and medium done. This pan is smaller than it looks, is fine for a couple of filets or these top sirloin ends, but won't hold two full-sized NY strips or rib eyes. We're very happy with wood pellets and this gives us a reason to use the Ooni more than once a week for 'pizza night', will get thicker, smaller cuts when we use it for steaks.

A Magical Little Pan!
This is a must-have for enhancing the flavor of anything you can put on it! It's great especially for a single person, or a couple. It's so fast to heat up and so easy to use and clean -if you carefully follow the directions for preparing the pan before use. I'm experimenting with grilling all sorts of things I'd never thought of grilling because this is so easy to use - grilled endives! grilled oranges! poundcake... The long small long shape makes it perfect for asparagus. 2 burgers - even quickly grill a tomato before putting it on your burger. I love it!

Works for steaks
Worked great for making steaks! It fit well in the pizza oven and created a nice sear on the meat. Would definitely not go as long as some recipes advise, though. Maybe half the time.

Versatile & easy to clean
Bought the whole ooni set up for my husband for Father’s Day and a few extra ooni accessories and I recommend buying this as a must have for your ooni. We use it for steaks and chicken mostly but you can use it for veggies and other meats too. It’s a nice alternative to cooking inside when it’s hot out and turns out better in some cases. It’s easy to clean and season and the removable handle is very handy. 11/10 recommend.

Tiny and hard to clean
So, while it's definitely tinier than I expected, I'm not too mad about that because it makes it easier to handle. I'm a little nervous about handling it when it's 600F+. This fits 1 average sized supermarket steak. It works out ok because we can usually split that amongst the kids and I.But what I am mad about is that it's sooooooo hard to clean. I've been really struggling with it. It's really just the ridges that are the problem. I would absolutely buy the other one without ridges if you aren't a cast iron pro. I just ordered chain mail and more cast iron cleaning tools hoping to get to a point where using this is feasible. But right now it's so hard to clean between the grooves that I basically have to strip off some of the seasoning to do so. And when I do that, it's really prone to rusting. And it's a hassle to re-season every time I use it.Overall, the sous vide steaks finished in the gas ooni has been amazing. It's just a lot of work getting the ridges clean and the pan ready for next time.
