Great pump for used oil
I’ve pumped a lot of used motor oil and used transmission fluid for my waste oil heater; about 1000 gallons over this winter. I use a hose from the bottom of the pump and installed the included pickup tube on the bottom of the hose. You have to make sure you use teflon tape at all the connect points or it will pull in air and not work properly. I can pump out a 55 gallon barrel of oil in about 12-13 minutes. It’s nice and quiet too! Even when I’ve pumped 4 barrels back to back, it doesn’t get hot.

Don’t buy it
15 gallons is all we got out of it. Next use a week later and nothing will not pull any oil. Strongly recommend not to buy.

we took this out of the box tried pumping waste oil never caught prime know the motor sounds like it is bad not a good experience with this pump
