The only thing I disliked about this was the instructions for setup. There are only five seconds to move from part to part during setup-- not enough time to read what the next step is before it resets itself and you have to start over. After I got it, my thought was "That would have been so much simpler if the instructions weren't so wordy. All I had to do was press the setup button, enter the combo, and press the setup button again." There was a whole page dedicated to that sequence.Otherwise, I really appreciate that there are 3 different ways to get into this box. If the batteries run out, there is a manual way in. If the keys get lost, there is an electronic way to get in. For someone who is ADD, that is a lifesaver. It's sturdy and is easier to carry due to its handle.

works as advertised. A bit hard to set. You might end up using the key or the code, but the RFID is so so. There's not much room inside. Heavy padding inside.

This safe is a BARGAIN for the money. Comes with a sticky rf reader to put on the back of your phone (since most of us always have that handy) and a credit card rf scanner to keep elsewhere. You can use a pin if you wish. Opens fairly quickly. I use this to store my firearm in my car when I cannot take it in certain places. Comes with a wire cord to secure to whatever you want. Or you have the option if drilling holes to secure. I use the cord and secure it around the bottom of my seat. Disappointed because I did not measure first and it will not fit under my seat with all the electronic seat features so I store it in my center console opening under my radio. It has padding inside and fits my subcompact xds with the alien gear shapeshifter holster (appendix) inside. Def glad I purchased this.

Hello, I ordered the Jolitac Pistol Gun Safe Box with Sensing Card, Key Lock & 3 Digits Combination in June 2023 via Amazon. I Opened it last week because we were on holidays during summer and unfortunately it doesn't work as it should. I followed the instructions and entered a digit combination and the card - it beeped and was green as it should. but when I try to open with the card or the digit code - it beeps and shows green light and the safe does an "unlocking" sound....but it doesn't open. Its only possible to open with the keys. I changed the batteries. No effect. So somehow the unlocking doesn't work with the code or the RFID card. So please tell me how to do the warranty....I can't send it back to Amazon because they accept returns only for 30 days but there should be a warranty for 1 year (EU law). Please contact me if problem is solved, I will adapt my feedback. thank you and best regards

So far so good. Product came with 2 leys, 2 RFIDs. Setting it up took a little playing around with, so many lights and beeping sounds for different reasons. The RFID is a little tricky, it has to be right on it which is not so good for quick access. The case is Sturdy, good materials. It opens by Spring loaded which is nice. The key and lock feels a little flimsy but it works. Theres about a 5 second reset if you type in the wrong code. So far satisied.

I returned the first one because it did not have all the items it said was included. The next one was missing the same key ring fob. I decided to keep it, but cannot give the safe a very good rating. The programming was easy if you follow the instructions. The security cable was cheap and I used a different one. If the company is going to go through the trouble of picturing items on the box as included, then they should be in the box.

If you carry this In a bag, or store it under something heavy the buttons will get constantly pressed and drain the battery in a matter of hours. Brough to the range in a range bag. Buttons got pressed on the way to the range and died. Didn’t bring the key only the key fob. I didn’t get to shoot that gun that day. If it was self defense , maybe I could use the case like a shield. Because it wouldn’t open without the metal key.
