Please, don't pay more for one of these.This is probably just as good as a Camelback which cost six times the price!OK you have to buy a water bladder, I bought this one Bubuxy 1.5litre which fits perfectly.https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09TK27WX4?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_detailsThe bladder is held by two elastic toggles at the top and there are clips for the water pipe.I did find the credit card pocket was a little small, so I put mine in the other side along with my key.There is plenty of room for energy Gels and food on the go and my large 6.5" Samsung M12 fitted in the phone compartment (just)Not sure about a water bottle in the front as I will use the bladder but a 500ml bottle fits OK.The front fasteners adjust vertically so be sure to get it to fit snugly otherwise the weight at the back isn't stable. It does take some getting used to as it is 2kg extra weight with the water, and what you carry.It doesn't make you hot, in fact it could be said that adding ice to the water bladder will keep you cool.Sweat seems to wick away too.

This backpack has a wealth of pockets and compartments, one of them is zip-locked so ideal for storing keys. One pocket is large enough to carry a large phone without issue. Note that is doesn't come with a camel back.

Fits very well, easy to take off and on with the middle clips, huge back pocket space for my long sleeve, headband, fits my phone, keys, running gels and Vaseline - what more do you need. I run 20+Km with the vest and I’m yet to find any issues with it.

Phone zip broke after the first use. Only 1 water bottle carrier. Very poor design and quality.

Good amount of pockets, everything feels safe. Strap positions can be moved with is handy. Nice and lightweight, would recommend

Loooove love love this hydration pack . I have used this pack several times and it is brilliant. It's very comfortable to wear. It's adjustable strap makes it easy to adjust to how you want it to fit on you. Whether you want it to fit snug or loose. It has not moved around, felt uncomfortable or gave me and sores, rubbed or chaffing. I would definitely recommend this product.

Having bought a few backpacks (2) and waist belts (3) to carry all sorts of things like my phone, water bladders, water bottles, keys, gels etc, this is the first that has felt comfortable to wear, and importantly also the first not to leave me with a rash at the small of my back. I bought a 1.5l bladder to go with it, and have since done 10m, 15m and 19m runs all confident that I had enough water in this weather and could carry gels, my keys, big enough for my phone (Galaxy 10+) and not feel over burdened. Would get 5 stars but on mine one of the cables came loose on day one, nothing that a few knots didn't fix but still! A solid 4+ stars happy to recommend.

Der Rucksack hat jede Menge nützliche Taschen und ist auch sehr angenehm zu tragen. Auch nach längeren Läufen scheuert er nicht.
