Caught on fire, but still not a terrible case
I only used this to charge my phone once before it caught on fire while I was charging it. Despite the output apparently being 2 amps, it charged much slower than a 2 amp wall charger that I have. If I used it while it was charging my phone, the battery would deplete just as fast as it did when it wasnt charging my phone. The reason I gave it two stars in soite if what zi have just said it's because it is stylish in my opinion and it's light and does not interfere with my ability to use the edge screen whatsoever. I do believe that it catching on fire was just a fluke with the case that I recieved and the two stars are reflective of the actual case features.

Does not work at all. Will not fully charge or even charge my phone! In fact, my phone keeps giving me a warning that this case is using more battery power than it's giving?? Will be returning.

Very Durable Protector, And Efficient Battery Pack For Samsung Galexy S6
I purchased this protective battery case for my thirteen-year-old foster daughter's Samsung Galexy S6. We were actually originally looking at just protective cases, as she was going on a summer camp trip this summer to study science and there would be a lot of hiking and strenuous activities. With that being said, when we saw this particular case with its additional battery back-up, we thought it would be fantastic for her camp needs. We've had it for about a month and she's been testing it out to see how well it works before she leaves. So far it's been awesome.It's surprisingly thin. Both of us were expecting something a bit more bulky and heavy, but it's actually very lightweight. Her Samsung Galexy still easily fits in her jacket pocket and backpack slip without any issues. The case is really easy to install and remove, so when she doesn't want it on anymore it's not a pain to put on and off. It's really light-weight when it is on though, so even as she's carrying her phone around it isn't necessarily a convenience to have this battery pack attached.My daughter does tend to put her technology in a lot of pecarious positions. Her phone is thrown into backpacks, gym bags, lockers, and purses without a care in the world. In the past this has caused her phones to scratch up and sometimes crack and break. We've been through too many replacements to count. With that being said, this case is definitely doing its job. She's dropped her phone at least twice in front of me and it has yet to show any signs of breaking. Why? It had this case on. There is NO other way that she could have let her phone flop onto the cement sidewalk outside of the school without a scratch had it not been for this case.The battery life is a totally seperate, yet equally as positive feature. This extended battery allows your phone's battery life to last longer. It doesn't have any effect on the memory, speed, or efficiency of the phone. It simply lets your phone last longer. She's used her phone for double the time she usually does without needing to charge it while this pack was on. It's going to be such an asset to her while she's out at camp, because when she's in areas where there is no electricity to charge her phone- she won't run out of battery as quickly. She is very excited about that and really happy with the extra battery life she gets now.Overall, this cover has served its purpose for us perfectly. It's very slim, light-weight, and durable. The battery life extension is awesome- and we've never used a battery life pack before, but I think I will be buying them for my other kids in the future, because this one was really awesome. The protector works great thus far, and we're overall really happy with the purchase.

Some serious cons, but still a good purchase
I've been using this for 3 weeks now. When my boyfriend first got it for me I thought it was gimmicky and I thought it was going to be big and cumbersome but it's vastly exceeded my expectations.It's still just as easy to slide in and out of my small girl-sized pockets and it doesn't get caught on anything, sometimes I forget it's even on my phone. It's really handy and the best part is I no longer have to spring for my charger and my cord and hope there's an outlet near by when my battery's getting low. The battery on this thing lasts me the rest of the day and I'm on my phone A LOT! This case is a serious must if you bought the Galaxy S6 because the battery drains on these phones pretty quickly.The only cons I have are that if you plug your phone in with the case on, it will start charging the case only, which makes sense but I did expect it to charge both things. The case also takes forever to charge and I have to take my phone out of the case so I can charge both things separately. If it weren't for the serious pros I would have deducted a star, but all in all buying this case was still a win. So, 5 stars because all in all I still love it.
