Product is great, seller, not so much.
The seller is absolutely the worst with shipping.It takes weeks to receive the item. Just put the darned things in a box, slap a label on it and drop it off. This is not rocket science!

My favorite flour for baking sourdough.
When the price is right, this is the best bread flour to use. This flour is perfect for baking sourdough, as it has great elasticity and rises well, along with showcasing that sourdough "tang" flavor. My last order came slightly beat up, but that was a UPS issue, not a reflection of the product itself. Be wary though. If you see it on sale, purchase immediately, as the seller or Amazon likes to hike up the price if it sits in your cart. Which is B.S.!

Great flour, but delivery is not so great.
The flour is wonderful, but it arrived in a torn box and the flour bag was ripped open. Most of my flour was gone.

Rising up like bread
Loaves of bread are tasty baking with this flour. Preparing the dough flows smoothly as well. Sometimes the packaging can leak out flour at the store so I try to pick the bag that has no flour coming out of the top. I am not sure what can be done about this because all flours have the same issue. What’s inside is terrific though!

Sourdough
I use King Arthur Bread flour almost exclusively for my sourdough. I went on a baking streak and made several loaves which are now in my freezer. Good bread so the flour must be good!
