Good overall
Just installed the unit, seems to be pretty fast. However, definitely not plug and play, spent about 5 hours of looking through wires of my w164, YouTube videos and forums. Read the other comments for extra cables needed for the installation (a must). Overall great, biggest headache was with the fiber optic decoder which is irrelevant for the product. Will update if something goes south with the unit. Also, I don’t think it’s a perfect fit or I just didn’t fit it 100%. There’s a very small gap above the unit, didn’t want to force it anymore.

2007 GL320
Perfect fit. Solid unit. 90% starting wheel compatibility. Some dash screen compatibility loss but not significant. Excellent replacement for oem and significant performance upgrade.

Two thumbs up!
Nice headunit! Install into my 2010 Mercedes-Benz GL550 was very straight forward. Has tons of features. Apple Carplay works great with the adapter. I strongly advise you to purchase the external mic. The internal mic sounds horrible. Overall, really pleased with the unit and it's features compared to the boring OEM unit.Update 11/18/20: my screen has somehow inverted and everything is backwards. Trying to figure out how to fix this. Message sent to TOOPAI so I’m hoping the will respond soon with a fix to this problem. Detailed solution I hope! Stay tuned.

the best radio i have ever had
so far very simple and modern unit. you many need some extra parts but all in all this radio is the best thing i have done to my truck. it did not come with a manual but it was plug and play from the start.

Better than OEM
I have a 2009 ML350 with Harmon Kardon system. The installation was pretty simple. The plug and play was easy to install. However, there was no installation instructions of any kind. The single page card was not good enough to diagnose wires. Secondly. I bought the Optical Fiber decoder. Again, no instructions for installation. For those future installers, you need to unplug the two OEM fiber connectors from your original plug. Then remove the gray adapter from your new fiber decoder. Now you are able to install the two fiber cables into the decoder.I had to purchase two extra cables. First, is the Fakra to RCA male connector for the OEM backup camera. And purchased a Fakra to coaxial GPS connector. Both worked perfect. As for the system itself. Very easy to use. Simple and intuitive. installation was pretty simple. Just make sure you know what kind of extra items you want ahead of time, and purchase those before hand. Such as Fakra cables for GPS and RCA, rear Seat monitors, and dongle for 3G/4G LTE WIFI.I use my Samsung 5G Hotspot from my phone, and it works beautifully. I can even play YouTube TV without hardly any buffering.I'm not sure what size the USB or SD card can hold. There are no specs and the instructions doesn't state that. With that said, I have connected a 128GB USB drive and works perfectly. As for the 4 star rating. There were two major problems I have with my system. First, The radio tuner is not receiving any channels except for maybe 2 stations. I'm not sure if that is my installation issue, or operator error. The main reason I gave it 4 stars is because of the final installation of the system. For some reason, it will not push back far enough for the locking slides to slide up. I even broke one of the locking slide trying to get it installed. I checked for obstructions, and fit. I ended up filing down the angled tabs behind the faceplate to get the locking slide to move up and lock in. Even that was not very easy. I had to also made shims to get the locking slides to work correctly. The lack of support from Manufacture and lack of customer service access information is why I gave it 4 stars. As for the system itself. Works awesome. It's fast, and no hang up. I definitely suggest this. If your not very technical, I would definitely have a professional do the installation, because there are hardly any instructions.
