It’s broke
I got it broken, and my replacement came shattered......

Difficult to find good water level
It's hard to get enough water into the pipe to actually filter smoke without getting so much water it comes up through the carb and gets in your mouth. I think the skinny design isn't the most practical. Glass is good quality and sturdy.

Keep in mind it might come back smaller than you think. But if you complain you’re ungrateful
The jaunt cracked after a few day. It still works so I can’t complain. I can’t really blame the product because it was my fault that it got cracked. Besides the small inconvenience the product is awesome! The size is perfect for those who like small impact and convenient water pipes.
