IT works I seen it on a health program called food unwrapped . So if you want to bulk up try it . I have been taking it for one year. I only use it twice a week. If I take it ever day I would be to hench .

Only been having these for about 1 1/2 weeks so a bit early to tell a difference yet but saying that, there is certainly a feeling that something is working. My arms seem firmer and fuller this morning,after the weekend rest period, so i'm hopeful that "Ecdysterone" is having an effect. I will update in about a month to six weeks to see what difference it is making.

Kp, aber ich wog vor nem Monat 90 und jetzt 95. meine Ernährung ist nicht die beste, aber genau deswegen nehme ich dieses Produkt, damit das Eiweiß besser aufgenommen wird. Man nimmt definitiv schneller an Muskelmasse zu und ich habe noch kein Nachteil entdeckt.
