I have a 55 gal tank for my leopard gecko and my cats would often try to open the screen off the tank to the point where I would have to stack books on top of the screen to keep it from being pulled off by one of my nosey kitties. I looked into getting a scat mat, but a lot of the reviews mentioned that cats weren’t really deterred by them and if I wanted to get a big enough one I’d have to invest a lot of $$ considering the length of my tank for something that might not even work.I’m SO glad I found these. They’re not only dirt cheap, but are made of steel which ensures a secure placement. I have tried pulling the screen off after I put these on just to test the durability, and these are STRONG. exactly what I needed!My cats are STILL nosey but atleast I can have my books back and sleep knowing that they absolutely CANNOT remove the screen off the tank :)

The size small fit my 10G perfectly. Way sturdier than the ones I purchased from Petco, and they’re cheaper! Pop off easily for me (not my snake). Would definitely recommend these

These work great, I had few used them on both a 40 gallon and a 55 gallon tank. They have prevented breakouts since we started using them. They were an excellent value and worked flawlessly. I purchased another set from a different company and they were way too small for what they said they were. They are noticable, but not in a way that makes it unattractive.

The clips are strong and secure. They also anap on pretty easy, taking them off is a little weird but that could be user error lol

They’re clips. They work. Adjust and fit. Easy. Simple.

The media could not be loaded.  I will admit, the first time the package came, the clips were damaged, but they replaced them right away. I needed replacement clips to attatch a tank topper cage to my hamster's tank. (I accidentally threw away the original clips that came with the tank topper.) I could not find anything to replace the clips. I was worried that she may hurt herself, if she tried to get out by squeezing between the tank and top cage. I was skepticle, but hopeful these clips would work, even though they were not meant to be used to hold the cage topper in place but to keep a cage lid secure. The cost of the clips were worth a try. It took a few tries to bend them at just the right angle and resistance (about 5 minutes), but it worked and continues to work without needing readjustment; snaps in and out of the tank edge easily. We remove the cage topper daily for spot cleaning; it's been several months and these clips continue to do the job well. They were a great alternative, they are very strong, the price was excellent, and most of all, our Butterscotch is a happy, healthy, and safe hamster. ☺

Keeps the lid on my snakes tank locked. And she tries to get out but they hold great! Adult ball python

I was a little reluctant to buy these cause I wasn’t sure if they’d be big/strong enough for my big 40 gallon terrarium but they work PERFECTLY and they clip right in to place! I found they can be a little tough to get off the first few times but I found if I just press down on the top and pull the bottom piece at the same time it comes off with ease :) great price & fast shipping!

These are absolutely fantastic. Ive lost 1 snake never to be found so the piece of mind that comes with knowing my tanks are escape proof is invaluable. They can be bent bigger or smaller and ive successfully used them on 20, 30, and 50 gallon tanks. They will fit most standard terrariums. If you bend them just a bit small they fit snugly, and if your tank is bigger you just put more. I put about 6 for the smaller tanks, but they're pretty unobtrusive, and yeah, my lid wont budge!

Brilliant! I picked up a second hand 10gallon terrarium for my new baby kingsnake but the lid wasn’t very secure. These clips keep the lid on rock solid & will prevent any escapes. These were the final touch to prep for my new baby’s arrival & I’m very pleased.

everything you'd expect. fit tight but easy enough to remove.
