This spot treatment is actually pretty effective. I would definitely only use it as a spot treatment and not on the rest of your face as it contains alcohol that can dry out your skin. However, other than that, it has really good ingredients that are going to moisturize and soothe your skin. It doesn't smell great, but I really do love that they didn't add any extra fragrance as that's not very good for your skin.

I'm pleased with the performance of this sulfur cream. While it's most common use is for treating acne, I use it for any skin irritation, especially bug bites. A cream with sulphur helps calm things down better than other creams I've tried, and it also helps with controlling itch.This 10% formulation is nicely effective, but avoids the usual downsides of a sulphur cream, namely the smell and the strong color. This is a pale yellow cream, and the color disappears once it's worked in. The scent is pretty earthy but muted compared with other sulphur creams. I can't say it smells nice, but it is not an objectionable smell either.It dispenses in a nicely controlled fashion so there's no mess or waste. It's a medium thick cream that spreads well and absorbs relatively quickly with no significant greasy feeling left behind. I also like that the container is glass, which I prefer over plastic, and that the pump dispenser can be locked so it won't accidentally dispense when you don't want it to do so.The main con is the price, which is pretty steep for a sulphur cream. Granted, it is a very good quality cream that's packaged well and made in the US. Still, the price is on the upper end of the range. 4.5 stars.

So I gave this Lotus Moon® - Sulfur 10 Creme to my son to help with his breakouts. But...the smell! He has consistently said he would try it again. After weeks of promising, he gave up. He tried it...once.However. I may keep it in my cabinet as a redness relief for mosquito bites or eczema irritation--on my legs, where it can't bother my nose. But for the price, I'd pass on it for acne treatments.

I don't have a lot of breakouts but I used this on a small one and it did look better by morning. Not completely gone, but not as red. I used it a couple more days and it was gone. I only used it in a tiny spot so no irritation. But I don't know how it would work over a larger area of skin.

I use several sulfur products and they all smell like a when you light a match. This cream, Sulfur 10 Crème, smelled so awful it went straight into the trash. In order for this to not be objectionable scent-wise, your nose would have to not work right. It didn't smell earthy at all. It was straight up rotten eggs with really old chicken soup that was left out. Even after washing my face, the scent was still there. It took a few washes. I tried really hard to power through it thinking the scent would fade but after 10 minutes of gagging, I gave up.

But I don't. I get it... It has sulfur in it. I was hoping there would be some sort of fragrance to cover up the stink, but no... I smelled sulfur to the point where it kept me awake and I had to wash it off. It just stunk too much. It's expensive, too. If you can handle the stink, then maybe it's a good product, but I only used it once and I didn't get any benefit from it.
