It's good for a tub whose back drops straight down rather than incline. If your back is on the pillow, then suction cups mostly keep it down. If you change positions, it floats up. The suction cups may come off from the water pressure, and the holes may fill the material inside with water. The extent to which water penetrates from the suction cup holes is unclear. Anyway, the pillow is reasonable. It is hard to find perfect solutions.

It works for a while. Somehow, they all seem to work for a while but eventually they leak air or leak water into the Foam. I've tried them all, Plastic inflatable, Covered foam, Plain plastic, flannel coverings, and a few more. Keeping these products clean in a hot, humid environment is a real nightmare too. I have given up. Now I just use a towel as a back support or headrest in the bathtub. Always clean and works just as well.

Beware. This is pretty big and if your bathtub curves in at all it's not going to stick. Frankly, i haven't seen a totally square bathtub in my life. So we don't use it and I feel bad because it's just another thing for the landfill. I had another one too - the shell shaped one and that didn't stick either. But we did finally get a neck roll one that works very nicely.

Very nice. Works well and it is easy to keep clean.

The cushion itself is very comfortable. However, the suction cups keep popping off. It makes it almost impossible to use properly.
