Gave this to my son for his job, easy to transport and lift. Great and sturdy product.

I used to access back side of raised outdoor deck rails for painting. I was able to secure the top of ladder with bungy cords from deck which allowed me to feel safe standing on ladder to paint. Top of ladder being flat and base legs not sticking into the ground does not have much extra safety for ladder slipping. Overall weight and ease of use worked for me.

Really love this. Ordering another one for the farm would be able to put in side by side. Use the first one a lot, gutter cleaning, painting and easy transportation from areas. A little flimsy fully extended not bad though. As stated will get another one.

Very sturdy, has held up now for over a year. Easy to store and perfect size for single story house work.

I recently purchased this ladder and I must say it has exceeded my expectations.!! Update: 3 months later, always stored in garage , but I was on the roof and tried to come down and the ladder collapsed injuring me from a fall. I tried to contact the seller but Amazon portal kept sending me to chat and they said they couldn’t help me. I added photos, one of the bottom sections retracted and wouldn’t come back out. It is now a heavy piece of junk that reminds me of what it feels like to fall straight down 10 ft .I want to love this ladder- it is the perfect height to get on the roof of my RV, it has the soft close between rungs that doesn’t allow your fingers to get smashed, and it is compact and relatively light. My only beef is that it flexes a lot and doesn’t feel as stable as I would hope. BUT it is a collapsible ladder and stability is reserved for one piece ladders or ones more substantial. It helps get a quick job done. I wouldn’t necessarily use it every day.

Does it exactly what I needed it to do, nice and portable to be used for my RV/Camper.

Received the ladder. Very happy with the versatility of it. However when we opened the package there was a large dent on the top rung of the ladder. The original packaging was not damaged in any way and the outer packaging from Amazon was not damaged in any way. Considering the amount of money the ladder cost was disappointed to see damage from the original manufacturer.

Easy to use, very practical. Not very steady and bends when someone is on it.

Great to get on top of trailers or stringing tarps hen camping. Compact and sturdy.
