OMG! That is all I can say! This was a great experience and the quality of the product is amazing for the price. I am 100 percent happy that I purchased this product. I spent about 4 weeks researching different product, and different arrangements of patio furniture. When finally narrowing my choices to three, one being Costco, I decided to call the other two companies to talk to them and get a feel for their companies. Costco, is very hard to beat due to their exceptional warranty. Anything that goes wrong, its an easy return. However, when calling SunHaven, I happened to speak directly with the President, Michael Hillel. He was very gracious, told me about his product, and spent time talking about how great his product is and why he decided to sell patio furniture. I have been the CEO of a non-profit organization for over 15 years. I know what it is like to take time out of a busy day to talk to a customer. When building a brand, it takes a lot of hard work. Mike, sold me on his product, and made me feel that I was important to him as a customer. That means so much in a world where customer service is lacking more and more. I appreciated the time he spent on the phone answering my questions and explaining about his product.I ordered his Patio Set that sits 10 people. I have a large back yard and entertain frequently. I needed a patio set that would hold up to parties, and a lot of use. As I said before Costco, is really hard to beat due to the quality of their products and their no hassle return guarantee. But hands down, I am so glad I went with SunHaven instead. The quality of the Wicker is strong and tight. The frame of all the pieces are sturdy and don't feel like they will break or bend with use. The 5" thick cushions are very strong and much better than the 3" that are on most Patio furniture that I saw when searching for the right set. I might not have the "Costco Return Policy", but with this quality of craftsmanship, and customer service experience I have already had, I don't think I will need to worry about a return policy.We also wanted something in the Grey tone. OMG, these are the perfect color. The wicker is on a darker grey side. I love it. It will not show dirt as much. I cannot say enough about this product. There was no putting the pieces together either. It was 100% assembled. Take out of the box and place in the yard where you want them. The clips that are included took seconds to place on to hold the pieces of the couches together.The items were delivered by freight truck. So the box's were all on Pallets and wrapped tightly with bubble rap. I was impressed with the delivery service as well. They moved them straight into my garage because it was raining, and removed the Pallets, so I did not have to deal with removal. Most delivery companies refuse to place items anywhere other than the street or driveway. The driver was super nice and stacked them in my garage. (The garage was clean and empty) LOL,I recommend SunHaven and its products. Again, I just bought the products, and I will do a follow up review in about 3 months, and again in 6 months, and again in 1 year, to let those looking to buy how happy I am, or not! LOL! The cushion material isn’t as taught as it was at first, but we use this furniture A LOT, so many butts, including animal butts, sit on these cushions! Still looks good though! The stain resistance on the material is unbelievable...works extremely well. No tears, no holes, still beautiful. I’m still really loving this set and enjoy it all the time. I highly recommend this brand. See new pics after 15 months!

We Purchased I think the 12 piece. We looked all over and compared online and in person, places like Ashley furniture etc. We went with this and crossed our fingers as there's not a ton of review. We like the "thicker" weave of this. Delivery was fast and we had no problems. Nothing broken. I did email them about delivery for some reason, I don't remember what, but the guy got back in minutes. Pretty unheard of from my experience. Very comfortable, I wish it was a littler deeper, but I knew that when we ordered it. The material of the cushions seems nice and thick and it should last. Ours is covered and out of the sun, so that should help. My only real complaint so far, is the clips it came with were so large that it didn't help much. There was about 1/2" of wiggle room, so the sections just slide back and forth. I order "small" size clips off Amazon and they worked great and hold it together. It's interesting though because it says the small clips shouldn't work for Aluminum framing, only steel frame (I think steel frame is usually thinner because they don't need to be as thick to be sturdy). So I'm wondering if they use smaller Aluminum on the frames than is traditionally used and this is one way they can offer such a good deal. We aren't heavy people, so it may not matter, but something to look into maybe. The furniture is very light. Good for moving around I guess. That's all i can think of.

We are in love with our new patio set. It was just what we were looking for. Great quality and great cushions. We have had the boxes in our garage the past 3 weeks because every weekend we have rain so we just were able to get them out this weekend. Our glass top to our coffee table arrived in pieces, however SunHaven"s customer service responded right away and is shipping out a new one Monday morning when they open. Very impressed.

The color of the furniture is great- love the heather colored cushions. The actual cushions are thin and not much thickness to them as I have had with other patio furniture, so i don't see them lasting a year before they break down and need replacing. Overall the furniture is very light weight so easy to carry and move. I did have a broken zipper on one of the cushions when it arrived but hoping they replace for me.overall It looks good!

First of all, this company is on the ball... We received the set & loved it. Once I got it arranged, I wanted to add another table. The day I placed my order, Sun Haven emailed me because they noticed I had just received a set, but my new order was for a different style. They wanted to make sure I was getting what I wanted. When I told them I wanted to match the set, they changed my order for me & it was received just a few days later.Everything came earlier than expected, with absolutely no damage. The furniture is beautiful and comfortable.Even my husband (who DID NOT want me to buy furniture on Amazon) loves this furniture!

We just received our patio set... I love the look; time will tell how the construction is. Unfortunately the coffee table arrived bent, and the glass shattered so we are returning this piece.....customer service has been amazing!! We are looking forward to getting our replacement coffee table and enjoying quality time on this new set!

I really love my patio set! It looks so elegant and I’ve gotten a lot of compliments. I went with the dark grey because you can really change the look just by adding different color pillows, etc. The pillows were a separate purchase at Home Goods, and will probably change them up with each of the seasons, which makes this set quite versatile. As far as quality, I haven’t had it too long but the cushions seem of high quality and my son made a spill which was easy to wipe off. The actual wicker part of the furniture is nice and overall would buy from this company again. I read the reviews prior to my purchase, and that’s why I chose this company. I think it is important to support local/American businesses that cares about quality and customer service.
