This is a high-tech smart lock. Although it was easy to install, it took me two times to install. One trick is to make sure you turn the inside lock completely to the right before you install it, otherwise you'll just only can lock it and not open it like I did with the app.I installed it in my tool room for the time being, because I often couldn't find the key when I used the tool before, and it would be bad if children were naughty, which saved me the most trouble.As long as you download ttlock, you can set and change your password and share it with your family. One of the best things about it is that it actually supports mechanical keys so you don't have to worry about the elderly.

Easy to install, but when you put a code in, the whole house knows it because it's so loud. ☹️This really stinks when you have two kids sleeping and someone gets home late. We have to go unlock the door for the other or remember to use our phone app to unlock (not a habit yet).I wish I could unlock it for someone on my phone without having to be nearby.Otherwise, it looks really nice and makes my door look ugly now, so I'll be painting it in the near future. Haha

Great device, works very good, easy to install and use. The only but thing is you need to buy a bridge to connect with Alexa and I couldn't link it to Google Assistant.

Nice lock and easy to install and use. Once installed I tried using the key and it wouldn't open the lock. Wrong key I guess. I emailed the customer service address on the user manual and explained the issue. They were very nice and sent me a new lock. I would recommend this product.

Don't recommend purchasing. I ordered 4 of these and all 4 stopped working between 1-6 months later. Changed the batteries to fresh new ones and it would only work for another 3 days just to not work again. I was sent used locks each time even though I always purchased them "new". (All 4 had scratches on them upon delivery.) Customer service will ignore your emails. RUN

Easy work and quality good

The product arrived with scratches. There is no protection to prevent damage and as the photos came with marks and scratches. I really am disappointed.
